Service-specific terms

Suitable for: campaign kits, landing-page design, email templates and brief-led video work.

Specify exact composition/video count, dimensions, formats, duration, language, versions, source-file format, supplied copy/assets, review rounds and delivery dates. A USD 500 starting pilot does not imply any unstated video count or duration. Record whether deliverables are designs only or include implementation/publication.

Approve the brief and, where appropriate, storyboard/key visual before full production. Feedback is consolidated per round. Scope-error corrections do not consume revision rounds; a changed direction is a separately approved change.

Record licences for stock, fonts, music, footage, synthetic voices and likenesses. Obtain necessary permissions before using an identifiable person or brand asset. Identify AI tools, their data settings and material rights restrictions. Do not promise exclusivity or transferable rights beyond what the actual inputs and licences support. Provider responsibility for reviewing delivered work remains.

Use project payment and cancellation rules for fixed outputs, or monthly rules for expressly recurring work. Acceptance checks include agreed content, technical specification, source files and approved usage. Delivery is not a promise of audience response or campaign performance.
