What we do

PixelCrayons is the white-label delivery partner agencies join before they need it. Our partner prices are published and an NDA is signed before anything confidential is shared, with no project required. When a client signs, a named team delivers SEO, development, design or AI under your brand, and we don't approach the clients you introduce for direct business.

  1. A published partner price listPartner prices published for every package and service, so you can quote a client in the room.
  2. A named team on callThe same strategists, developers and designers each time, briefed by you directly.
  3. Reporting in your brandThe write-up ships in your templates, logo and tone, and we join client calls only when you want.

How we protect your client relationships

Three layers,
none of them a promise.

The protection agencies actually test isn't in the pitch: it's in how the work is delivered, what the contract says, and what our behaviour since 2004 shows.

Layer 01

White-label by design

We deliver under your agency's brand and respect your client relationships: your templates, your tools, your calls. Confidentiality and client-protection terms are agreed before work begins, and we do not publish named case studies about your clients.

Layer 02

Contractual, not discretionary

We do not approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business, and that protection keeps running for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends. Confidentiality and client-protection terms, including an NDA, are agreed before work begins. The commitment is written down and enforceable: a promise that only exists in a conversation is not a promise. Ask for the clause text before you sign anything.

Layer 03

Track record, verifiable

Since 2004. 500+ agencies served, and long-standing client relationships, including multi-year engagements: a record you can reference-check with partners, not a claim you have to take on faith.

Resell the full stack

Every service we run,
sellable as yours.

A white-label partner for agencies across marketing, development, design and AI: quote from one published partner price list without hiring a single specialist.

Vet the delivery before you commit.

Most partners judge us on the work first. The case studies keep the numbers in, the pricing is on the record, and the delivery process is documented step by step.

What the bench gives you

On file before the work,
delivering when you win.

01

A published partner price list

Partner prices published for every package, service, specialist and hour, read from the same registry as our direct prices. Quote a client in the room without calling us first. Your retail pricing and your margin stay entirely your business.

02

A named team on call

The same strategists, developers and designers each time, briefed by you directly. No re-explaining your client from scratch, no rotating cast of juniors behind the curtain.

When you win
03

Reporting in your brand

Reviews run in Prism where the engagement includes it; the write-up ships in your templates, your logo, your tone of voice. We join client calls as your team when you want us there, and stay off them when you don't.

Weekly
04

Prism workspaces, client names withheld

Where the engagement includes it, it gets its own Prism workspace: your requests, approvals, tasks and the weekly review, with every decision recorded. Your client's name never enters it; the engagement carries your reference.

Where included
05

How we protect your client relationships

We do not approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business. That protection runs through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends, and it is written into the agreement. Your brand goes on everything we produce.

Contractual
06

Overflow today, retainer when it fits

Send one overflow brief between retainers, or scale a team up and down with your pipeline. Capacity crunches and skills gaps stop being hiring decisions. Without it, every brief you turn away for capacity is revenue handed to another agency.

Flexible
Why agencies choose us

The comparison
we actually win.

Not on talent: good specialists exist everywhere. On the four things an agency stakes its reputation on when delivery goes behind its own brand.

Against other white-label providers

Client protection in the contract: we do not approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business, and that protection runs for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends. Most providers promise discretion. Very few will write down what happens if your client approaches them. We do: we tell you and resolve the enquiry through you.

Against freelancer networks

Structure beats individuals when your brand is on the work: a named team that stays the same, written delivery commitments and escalation paths, a weekly review in Prism written up in your templates, and a second specialist who already knows the account when the first is unavailable.

Against building in-house

Four disciplines on tap without four salaries to carry between retainers: no ramp time, no bench you have to keep busy, and capacity that scales down as painlessly as it scales up. Hire in-house when a lane is permanently full. Use us while it isn't.

Against staying at capacity

Turning work away caps your growth at your payroll. The bench model means the next pitch doesn't depend on this quarter's hiring: you quote from a rate card you already hold, against capacity you've already vetted.

Four steps · one of them today

From intro call
to standing bench.

01
Today

Message, then an intro call

Write today. We typically reply within four business hours, and a senior strategist books thirty minutes on what you sell, where capacity hurts and which disciplines you want on tap. No pitch deck, no obligation.

02
This week

NDA and capability pack on file

A mutual NDA goes on file and you get the capability pack; the partner price list is already public. From here you can quote us in any pitch, months before there's work. Until then, every pitch that needs capacity you don't have is a pitch you soften.

03
When you're ready

Trial brief

Start small: one overflow brief. Once we have a complete brief, we confirm when your proposal arrives.

04
As you grow

The team scales with you

Overflow becomes a retainer when your pipeline justifies it: the average partner is still here after two years.

Inside Prism

Your engagements, week to week,
in Prism as well.

Prism is the client workspace where your requests, approvals, tasks and weekly reviews live.

Agency engagements can run in Prism too, where included: a workspace per engagement, client names withheld, holding your requests, approvals, tasks and the weekly review.

Client names withheld in the workspace · The write-up ships in your templates

  • 01

Your requests and approvals, in one place

Brief us, approve work and see who owns what and when it is due, without a thread of emails to search.

  • 02

    Owned tasks and routines

Every task has one owner and a date. Recurring work runs as a routine, so nothing depends on someone remembering.

  • 03

A weekly review with decisions recorded

Each decision is written down with the expectation attached: what we expect to change, and by when.

  • 04

Cost per qualified lead, where we run media

Where we run media for your client, Prism divides media, people, tools and retainers by qualified leads. Unmeasured spend shows as unknown, never zero.

  • 05

Every action recorded, checked against the outcome

What we did and what happened sit side by side, so the next review starts from evidence rather than memory.

How partners engage

Overflow brief
to standing team.

Three shapes, in the order most partnerships actually grow. Prices come from the published partner price list: itemised proposals, never surprise invoices.

01 · The first brief

Per-project overflow

One scope, one statement of work, delivered white-label against the rate card. Most partnerships start here: a low-stakes way to test the delivery before your pipeline depends on it.

See partner prices →
02 · Recurring client work

White-label retainer

A monthly cadence for the clients you've signed (SEO cycles, paid media management, content programmes), reported in your brand, rescoped as your client's needs move.

See partner prices →
03 · A standing team on your bench

Dedicated team

Named specialists reserved for your pipeline, in your tools and your stand-ups. The natural step once overflow briefs become the norm rather than the exception.

Honest limitations

What we
don't do.

Three standing exclusions, stated before the first call rather than discovered after it.

No custom software products

Mobile apps, SaaS platforms and custom software products are our sibling company's practice, not ours. If that's your client's build, we say so on the first call and route you to the right team. You still leave with an answer.

No strategy-only consulting

We don't sell decks without delivery. Strategy here is the first week of an engagement that ships: an audit with fixes attached, a roadmap the same team then executes. If you only need the thinking, a consultancy is the better buy.

No one-off micro-tasks

Very small one-off tasks don't get the senior attention this model is built on, so we don't take them. A freelancer marketplace will serve your client better and faster at that size, and we'd rather tell you than waste your margin.

Questions

Frequently
asked.

Yes. Choose a package at its published partner price, or agree a paid pilot with one deliverable, a fixed fee and acceptance criteria. We agree the deliverables, price and date before you pay, and you decide whether to work with us again.

Send the service, the inputs you have and your target date, and the proposal confirms availability, dependencies and a schedule before you pay. A published price does not reserve a start date. Eligible engagements can typically start within two to three business days after scope, payment and required access are confirmed.

The client's goal, the platform or service and any target date are enough to begin. Add approved designs, copy or a document link if you have them, and we list the missing inputs before confirming scope. Ask for a mutual NDA before sharing anything confidential.

Each package includes standard setup, coordination, quality checks and the stated reviews, and a website build includes a standard form or native CRM connection. Your quote names taxes and outside costs such as ad spend, hosting, licences or AI usage. New scope needs your written approval first.

Ask for work samples we have permission to share, or for a role profile. For a dedicated specialist, you meet the proposed person before you pay, with no paid assessment. To judge us on new work, start with a paid pilot.

We deliver under your agency's brand and respect your client relationships. Confidentiality and client-protection terms are agreed before work begins, and we do not publish named case studies about your clients. We use your agency's own name, logo or testimonial only with your prior approval.

One account manager coordinates the specialists, priorities and weekly progress updates, and your agency provides the brief and the approvals. Before work starts we agree communication hours, an escalation contact and the delivery schedule. Our delivery team is based in India.

Your engineers work at least four hours a day inside your core working hours. We set the window with you before the engagement starts and hold it for as long as the engagement runs. For the US West Coast the live overlap is two hours each morning, with a written handover at the end of every Indian day. We do not run night shifts: engineers who work nights leave quickly, and keeping the same people on your team matters more to us than a longer overlap.

We typically respond within four business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST. Website care includes a human acknowledgement within one India business day, which is a response target, not a fix time. Weekend, holiday or emergency cover is agreed in writing, never implied by a monthly price.

You meet the proposed specialist before you pay, and you raise any fit concern with your account manager so we agree the next step together. Working hours, holidays, planned leave, absence cover and replacement arrangements are written into the dedicated schedule before the first month.

Tell your account manager as soon as inputs or priorities change, and we record the effect on dates and agree a revised schedule. Any extra scope or rescheduling cost needs your approval before it is incurred. Correcting work that misses the agreed scope is included; a new direction is a scope change.

We agree the people, tools and access needed before you share credentials or client data, and prefer accounts owned by your agency or your client. If your client restricts subcontractors, AI tools, data location or access, tell us before quoting, and we record what we can meet in the agreement.

Yes. Combine fixed packages, or use shared hours for a changing mix of agreed work. Shared hours are never deducted for a deliverable a package already covers. Recurring work is allocated first, and new requests are estimated against the balance.

Your proposal states the deliverables, review rounds, acceptance criteria and required inputs, and one agency approver keeps feedback consolidated. Corrections are included where our work misses the agreed scope. New direction or added functionality gets its own estimate first.

Partner prices are published in US dollars. The proposal and invoice confirm the contracting entity, billing currency, applicable taxes, payment method and payment schedule before you pay. Ownership of bespoke deliverables, the payment conditions and any third-party licence rights are written into the agreement.

Yes. Share the services, the expected workload and how often it recurs, and we agree pricing around your volume before quoting. Any preferred rate, included work and commitment is stated in your proposal.

Shared hours and eligible care change hours can carry up to half into the next active month, used oldest first; on a downgrade the cap follows the smaller plan. Monthly packages cover agreed outputs, so they create no hour bank. Dedicated hours your agency chooses not to use do not roll over.

The proposal lists the files, account access and operating notes we hand over. Development work, including AI implementations, includes 30 days of corrective maintenance after production launch, and reported defects stay in the correction process until resolved. New features and ongoing maintenance are separate unless your package includes them.

Cancellation, notice and any renewal terms are written into your proposal or statement of work before you accept it. If an engagement ends early, we hand over completed, paid-for work and list any unfinished work separately. For an eligible specialist trial, you can stop within the trial window and pay nothing for eligible trial hours.

Both terms describe the same need, and we meet it as a white-label partner. A named team delivers SEO, development, design or AI under your brand, in your tools and templates, and we don't approach the clients you introduce for direct business. You buy from the partner price list, set the retail price and keep the margin.
