We were approached by a client seeking to streamline and improve their recruitment process through a comprehensive hiring software system. The objective was to develop an end-to-end recruitment platform that would provide real-time insights and automate manual processes while maintaining an intuitive interface for candidates and employers. Additionally, the platform had to be customizable to integrate with the client's IT infrastructure. As a result, the client now has a highly effective software solution capable of managing the hiring needs of multiple organizations in one place.

Key Challenges

• Integrating all data with external sources through Power BI API integrations.
• Creating a seamless experience that would be suitable for both employers and job seekers.
• Implementing a reporting system to enable employers to analyze and track their recruitment process.

Proposition & Solution

• We researched and developed an authorization mechanism so that the app could access APIs from external sources.
• Team worked on the Power BI API documentation, which provided a comprehensive suite of features such as customizable filters, real-time job insights, and advanced analytics.
• We developed a custom report parsing logic by parsing the API response into a usable format.

• The Discovery Phase- We started by conducting extensive research to understand the client’s goals and how they currently manage their recruitment process.
• The Execution Phase- We set up a development environment and started designing the app. Our team considered user experience, mobile device optimization, scalability, and security considerations.
• Sprint Base Project Delivery-After completing the sprint phase and testing, we delivered a robust recruitment app that met our client’s requirement.
• The Deployment Phase- We deployed the app on their servers and monitored for any potential performance issues.
