PixelCrayons is the white-label delivery partner agencies join before they need it. Joining the partner bench starts with a signed NDA, then puts our rate card and capability pack in your hands within 48 hours. No project required. When a client signs, a named pod delivers SEO, development, design or AI under your brand, backed by a contractual promise never to approach your clients. 100+ agencies already work this way, and the average partnership runs past two years.

The Zero-Competition Guarantee

Three layers,
none of them a promise.

The guarantee agencies actually test isn't in the pitch: it's in how the work is delivered, what the contract says, and what 21 years of behaviour shows.

Layer 01

White-label by design

In most engagements we never interface with your client directly. Your client doesn't know we exist. Invisibility is built into how the work is delivered, not bolted on: your templates, your tools, your calls, our name nowhere.

Layer 02

Contractual, not discretionary

An NDA and a Zero-Competition clause are signed at the start of every engagement, and the clause keeps running after the engagement ends. The commitment is written down and enforceable: a promise that only exists in a conversation is not a promise. Ask for the clause text before you sign anything.

Layer 03

Track record, verifiable

21 years. Zero competition incidents. 100+ agency partnerships, and the average one runs past two years: a record you can reference-check with partners, not a claim you have to take on faith.

Resell the full stack

Every service we run,
sellable as yours.

A white-label partner for agencies across marketing, development, design and AI: quote from one wholesale rate card without hiring a single specialist.

Vet the delivery before you commit.

Most partners judge us on the work first. The case studies keep the numbers in, the pricing is on the record, and the delivery process is documented step by step.

What the bench gives you

On file before the work,
delivering when you win.

01

A wholesale rate card agreed once, in writing

Wholesale rates in writing the day you join. Quote a client in the room without calling us first. Your retail pricing and your margin stay entirely your business.

On joining
02

A named pod on call

The same strategists, developers and designers each time, briefed by you directly. No re-explaining your client from scratch, no rotating cast of juniors behind the curtain.

When you win
03

Reporting in your brand

The weekly review runs in Prism; the write-up ships in your templates, your logo, your tone of voice. We join client calls as your team when you want us there, and stay invisible when you don't.

Weekly
04

Your engagements run in Prism, client names withheld

Each engagement gets its own Prism workspace: your requests, approvals, tasks and the weekly review, with every decision recorded. Your client's name never enters it; the engagement carries your reference.

Every engagement
05

NDA and zero-competition, in writing

We never approach your clients. It's in the contract, and the clause keeps running after any engagement ends. Your brand goes on everything we produce.

Contractual
06

Overflow today, retainer when it fits

Send one overflow brief between retainers, or scale a pod up and down with your pipeline. Capacity crunches and skills gaps stop being hiring decisions. Without it, every brief you turn away for capacity is revenue handed to another agency.

Flexible
Why agencies choose us

The comparison
we actually win.

Not on talent: good specialists exist everywhere. On the four things an agency stakes its reputation on when delivery goes behind its own brand.

Against other white-label providers

The Zero-Competition Guarantee in the contract, and it keeps running after the engagement ends. Most providers promise discretion. Very few will write down what happens if your client approaches them. We do: they tell you and decline the work.

Against freelancer networks

Structure beats individuals when your brand is on the work: a named pod that stays the same, written delivery commitments and escalation paths, a weekly review in Prism written up in your templates, and a second specialist who already knows the account when the first is unavailable.

Against building in-house

Four disciplines on tap without four salaries to carry between retainers: no ramp time, no bench you have to keep busy, and capacity that scales down as painlessly as it scales up. Hire in-house when a lane is permanently full. Use us while it isn't.

Against staying at capacity

Turning work away caps your growth at your payroll. The bench model means the next pitch doesn't depend on this quarter's hiring: you quote from a rate card you already hold, against capacity you've already vetted.

Four steps · one of them today

From intro call
to standing bench.

01
Today

Message, then an intro call

Write today. A senior strategist replies within 48 hours and books thirty minutes on what you sell, where capacity hurts and which disciplines you want on tap. No pitch deck, no obligation.

02
This week

NDA + rate card on file

You get the capability pack and wholesale rate card; we sign your NDA. From here you can quote us in any pitch, months before there's work. Until it's on file, every pitch that needs capacity you don't have is a pitch you soften.

03
When you're ready

Trial brief

Start small: one overflow brief. Proposal inside 48 hours, first white-label deliverable inside 14 days of the signed NDA.

04
As you grow

The pod scales with you

Overflow becomes a retainer when your pipeline justifies it: the average partner is still here after two years.

Inside Prism

Your engagements, week to week,
in Prism as well.

Agency engagements run in Prism too: a workspace per engagement, client names withheld, holding your requests, approvals, tasks and the weekly review.

Client names withheld in the workspace · The write-up ships in your templates

  • 01

Your requests and approvals, in one place

Brief us, approve work and see who owns what and when it is due, without a thread of emails to search.

  • 02

    Owned tasks and routines

Every task has one owner and a date. Recurring work runs as a routine, so nothing depends on someone remembering.

  • 03

A weekly review with decisions recorded

Each decision is written down with the expectation attached: what we expect to change, and by when.

  • 04

Cost per qualified lead, where we run media

Where we run media for your client, Prism divides media, people, tools and retainers by qualified leads. Unmeasured spend shows as unknown, never zero.

  • 05

Every action recorded, checked against the outcome

What we did and what happened sit side by side, so the next review starts from evidence rather than memory.

How partners engage

Overflow brief
to standing pod.

Three shapes, in the order most partnerships actually grow. Rates come from the partner rate card (published on agencies.pixelcrayons.com): itemised proposals, never surprise invoices.

01 · The first brief

Per-project overflow

One scope, one statement of work, delivered white-label against the rate card. Most partnerships start here: a low-stakes way to test the delivery before your pipeline depends on it.

See Pricing →
02 · Recurring client work

White-label retainer

A monthly cadence for the clients you've signed (SEO cycles, paid media management, content programmes), reported in your brand, rescoped as your client's needs move.

See Pricing →
03 · A standing team on your bench

Dedicated pod

Named specialists reserved for your pipeline, in your tools and your stand-ups. The natural step once overflow briefs become the norm rather than the exception.

We worked with PixelCrayons for around three years, with their developers becoming a genuine extension of our team. Having consistent developers who understood the work and could stay with us over the long term made a real difference to continuity and delivery.

Honest limitations

What we
don't do.

Three standing exclusions, stated before the first call rather than discovered after it.

No custom software products

Mobile apps, SaaS platforms and custom software products are our sibling company's practice, not ours. If that's your client's build, we say so on the first call and route you to the right team. You still leave with an answer.

No strategy-only consulting

We don't sell decks without delivery. Strategy here is the first week of an engagement that ships: an audit with fixes attached, a roadmap the same team then executes. If you only need the thinking, a consultancy is the better buy.

No one-off micro-tasks

Very small one-off tasks don't get the senior attention this model is built on, so we don't take them. A freelancer marketplace will serve your client better and faster at that size, and we'd rather tell you than waste your margin.

Questions

Frequently
asked.

White-label means we deliver under your brand. You own the client relationship, set the retail price and keep the margin, and we invoice you at the wholesale rate card. A referral means handing the client to us for a fee. You earn once and lose the recurring revenue. Nearly all partners choose white-label, and the zero-competition clause applies either way: your clients are never approached by us, full stop.

Not from us. Invisibility is how the work is delivered, not a courtesy we extend. Reporting ships in your templates, the NDA covers the relationship itself, and when we join client calls we join as your team, on your email addresses and in your tools if you prefer. Our name appears nowhere on the work, and the contract says so. In 21 years, no partner's client has ever heard it from us.

You buy at the wholesale rate card, agreed once, in writing, the day you join, and sell at whatever your market supports. We never publish your retail pricing, never contact your clients, and never squeeze the rate mid-project. Proposals against the rate card arrive within 48 hours, itemised by deliverable so you can drop them straight into your own scope documents.

All of them: SEO and AI-search work, PPC, content and email, Shopify, WordPress and headless web builds, web and UI/UX design, and AI builds like chatbots and workflow automation. Most partners start by reselling the discipline they lack in-house, typically development or SEO, then widen once the first project lands. One rate card covers every service.

We tell you before you commit to your client, not after. Capacity is confirmed in the proposal itself, inside 48 hours, with a start date we can actually stand behind. Because bench partners are known quantities (NDA signed, tools connected, expectations set), a pod can usually mobilise faster for you than for a cold enquiry. What we won't do is say yes and then staff it badly.

Joining the bench costs nothing and commits you to nothing: it's an NDA plus a rate card on file. Delivery work runs on per-project statements of work or a monthly retainer, whichever fits the engagement. If you leave, everything we built transfers with a proper handover, and the zero-competition clause keeps protecting you after the last engagement ends. Ask for the clause text before you sign.

For bench partners, faster than for anyone else: the NDA is signed, the tools are connected and the expectations are set, so a pod mobilises the day your client does. Proposals arrive within 48 hours, and the first white-label deliverable lands within 14 days of the engagement starting.

Two layers. Partner onboarding happens once: an intro call, your NDA signed, the rate card and capability pack on file, a named contact assigned. Per-client onboarding happens when a brief lands. You introduce the account in your own words, we set up inside your tools and templates, and the first weekly report ships in your brand at the end of week one.

Weekly, from the review in your Prism workspace, written up in your templates with your logo so you can forward it to your client unedited. Each report ties the week's work to the metrics your client actually buys (traffic, revenue, delivery milestones). A monthly deep-dive rolls the weeks up into the story your client call needs. We join those calls as your team when you want us there, and stay out when you don't.

Both terms describe the same need, and we meet it as a white-label partner. A named pod delivers SEO, development, design or AI under your brand, in your tools and templates. An NDA and a Zero-Competition clause are signed at the start, and the clause keeps running after the engagement ends. You buy at the wholesale rate card, set the retail price and keep the margin.
