Multi-location healthcare: delivery unblocked.
An agency drowning in backlog handed us their delivery queue. Dedicated team, their brand, their tools: velocity up 85%.
Our DevOps development services set up automated releases, cloud hosting and monitoring. Every update is tested before it goes live and watched afterwards. If something goes wrong, you roll back with a plan you've practised. It's built in your own cloud accounts and documented, so you're never locked in.
Your cloud accounts · Infrastructure as code in your repos · No hosting resale
Brands our teams have delivered for
PixelCrayons builds the systems that test and release your code: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, test sites and monitoring. We work in your own cloud accounts and don't resell hosting. You get automated releases, a test copy of your live site and a practised undo for bad releases. We work direct for brands and white-label for agencies.
CI/CD means building, testing and releasing code automatically, from each change to the live site. The quality checks run by machine, not from memory. Nothing goes live until it passes the checks your team agreed. We plan for failures as carefully as for success. You get clear logs, quick feedback and a failed build that tells you exactly what broke.
Infrastructure as code means your servers, networks, databases and permissions are written as code. We use Terraform or your preferred tool, and the code lives in your repositories. You can rebuild any environment from a file, not from someone's memory. Changes are reviewed like any other code. The code is the documentation, so it always matches what is really running.
The costliest phrase in software is 'it worked on the test site'. So we make your test site match the live one: the same set-up, settings and kind of data. We add preview sites where they're worth the cost. Passwords and keys go into a secure store, not a shared document. When the sites match, a passed test really means something.
We set up logs, measurements and alerts while things are calm, not during a crisis. Dashboards show what your business cares about: errors, delays and volume on the paths that bring in revenue. Alerts call a person only when a person is needed. Too many alerts and people stop listening. You get quiet monitoring you can trust.
We release in small steps that are easy to undo. We practise rollbacks until they're routine, and add on-off switches for features where they make releases safer. Your team gets how-to guides they can follow at 2am without us. The goal is your engineers releasing with confidence on systems they understand and own. If you want us to stay on, that's your choice, never a need.
Real projects for real clients, with results we can show.
We sign an NDA and get access. Then we study your current release process, hosting and release history, including what already works and should be left alone.
We confirm when the proposal arrives. It sets out our findings in plain English and a plan ordered by risk and benefit. It shows what we deliver, in what order and for how much.
You confirm the scope, the payment and the access we need. Nothing starts before this.
We fix the biggest problem first. That might be an unreliable release, a missing quality check or the first infrastructure code. It's all done in your accounts and reviewed.
Your team releases through the improved process. The way to undo a release is practised and written down, so you see it working.
Prism is the client workspace where your requests, approvals, tasks and weekly reviews live.
Some engagements include Prism, our client workspace, and your proposal says whether yours does. Where it does, your build runs in a workspace you log into: requests, approvals, the task list and the weekly review, beside the repository your team already owns.
One queue, beside the repository your team owns.
Every task has one owner and a date.
Each decision recorded, with the expectation attached.

An agency drowning in backlog handed us their delivery queue. Dedicated team, their brand, their tools: velocity up 85%.
We worked with PixelCrayons for around three years, with their developers becoming a genuine extension of our team. Having consistent developers who understood the work and could stay with us over the long term made a real difference to continuity and delivery.
A release process exists to move everyone's work safely to your live site. Each service here is one you can buy on its own, from the same team.
DevOps work often shows you need more than tools: you need people to build and release with them. Our dedicated teams work this way from the start, under your brand or ours.

Full termsEvery delivery is reviewed before release by QA, your Project or Account Manager and a senior delivery lead, and you then review it against the acceptance criteria agreed at the start. Our specialists use AI to support delivery, with people responsible for reviewing the work. Applicable development work includes 30 days of corrective maintenance after production launch.
Your materials, data and accounts remain yours, and we prefer to work in advertising and analytics accounts you own, with access delegated to our team. Agreed ownership rights in bespoke deliverables transfer under the engagement terms and applicable payment; third-party software and assets keep their licences. We do not withhold customer-owned data or accounts over a payment dispute.
Cancellation, notice and any renewal terms are written into your proposal or statement of work before you accept it. If an engagement ends early, we hand over completed, paid-for work and list any unfinished work separately. For an eligible specialist trial, you can stop within the trial window and pay nothing for eligible trial hours.
Before work starts we agree how often you get updates, what the reports cover and who sends them. You know who coordinates your engagement, who owns the work and how to escalate an issue. For hourly and retainer work, time is recorded in Workstatus, so you can see the time records behind your invoice.
How we handle claims, credentials and your data: group credentials, dated ratings, how case figures are signed off, client permissions and data handling.
No. We build and improve your release and hosting set-up inside your own cloud accounts. The contracts, billing and full admin access stay yours. We recommend providers, set everything up and document how to run it. DevOps as a service is available as a monthly plan. Leaving us never means losing your infrastructure.
Our DevOps engineering services use the main tools. These are AWS, Azure and Google Cloud; GitHub Actions and GitLab CI; Docker and Terraform. We use Kubernetes when your size calls for it. We pick tools your team can run, already uses and can hire for. If we lack senior depth in a tool you rely on, we say so and point you elsewhere.
Probably not. Most products are best served by the simplest set-up that does the job. A plain, well-monitored set-up beats a platform your team can't run at 2am. We'll recommend Kubernetes when your workload needs it, and say plainly when it doesn't. Extra complexity is a cost you pay every day.
Yes, and improving is our default. We start with an honest review of what you have, and leave alone what already works. The plan fixes the biggest problem first: an unreliable release, a missing check or a test site that no longer matches. A full rebuild would pause your releases. Once we have a complete brief, we confirm when your proposal arrives.
The release process is where testing runs automatically. Tests run on every change, and a build that fails its checks can't go live. We build that process. Our QA & testing service plans and writes the tests that run inside it. Buy them together and the two teams work from one plan.
Your materials, data and accounts stay yours; agreed ownership rights in bespoke deliverables transfer under the engagement terms and applicable payment, and third-party software keeps its licences. Agencies can white-label DevOps under an NDA. We don't approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business, through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends.
A fixed quote for the release pipeline and server setup, done in order of risk, and a monthly operations retainer. We do not resell hosting, so the cloud bill stays yours and off this row.
Indicative: every figure is refined into an itemised proposal.INR figures shown excl. GST.
Tell us how you ship today and where it hurts. You'll have a plain read of your pipeline and an itemised plan, built in your accounts, documented as we go, yours to keep either way.
