What we do

PixelCrayons delivers email and lifecycle marketing under partner agencies' brands, on Klaviyo and comparable platforms. Flows, campaigns, segmentation and deliverability are delivered behind your logo at wholesale rates, with reporting in your templates. Your agency owns the client relationship and the retail price, and we don't approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business.

What your agency resells

The lifecycle machine,
sold as yours.

01

Lifecycle flows, built to run

Welcome, abandoned-checkout, browse follow-up, post-purchase and win-back sequences: designed, written and built on Klaviyo or the platform your client already runs. Flows are the compounding asset of email; your agency sells the strategy, we build the machine behind your logo.

At setup
02

Campaigns on your client's calendar

Promotions, launches and seasonal sends written and built against the segments, not blasted to the whole list. You approve everything in your own review flow before it ships, and your client approves it as your work.

Per calendar
03

Deliverability your reputation can stand on

Authentication records, domain warming, sunset policies and list hygiene: the unglamorous work that decides whether anything lands in an inbox. When your name is on the send, the sender reputation underneath it has to be defensible; that's precisely the part clients never see and we never skip.

Monthly
04

Reporting your client call can lean on

Revenue-attributed reporting from the weekly review in Prism, in your templates with your logo, written so you can forward it unedited or present it live. Flows and campaigns broken out separately, because that's the story that renews retainers.

Weekly
05

Migrations without the horror story

Platform moves (into Klaviyo, most commonly) planned and executed without losing history, segments or deliverability standing. Sold by your agency as the careful version; delivered behind your brand with an inventory before anything moves.

Reliability, brand safety, scalability, governance and the costs that don't show up in the quote: the five things that actually decide it when your name is on the send.

We sign an NDA and talk through your clients, your margins and where email fits your offer. The wholesale rate card and capability pack go on file.

When a client signs, we confirm the date your proposal arrives. It's itemised by deliverable and priced against the rate card.

Flows, campaigns and reporting

Flows and campaigns ship with weekly reporting in your templates. The same email team stays on your client accounts, learning each list and brand.

Inside Prism

Your engagements, week to week,
in Prism as well.

Prism is the client workspace where your requests, approvals, tasks and weekly reviews live.

Agency engagements can run in Prism too, where included: a workspace per engagement, client names withheld, holding your requests, approvals, tasks and the weekly review.

How we report it, in Prism

The programme map,
before the first send.

What you receive in month one

Email is reported against a programme you approve before anything sends. In the first month you receive the flow map with every automated sequence drawn out, the list health report covering deliverability and sender reputation, and the send calendar with owners and review dates. The weekly review in Prism attributes revenue by flow and by campaign, so the number is never a blended total.

  • 01Flow map: every automated sequence, its trigger, and its exit condition
  • 02List health report: deliverability, bounces, sender reputation, consent status
  • 03Send calendar: campaigns, owners, review and send dates
  • 04Weekly review in Prism: revenue by flow and by campaign, opens and clicks as secondary
  • 05Template checklist: rendering, links, unsubscribe and legal footer verified

Where this fits

The partnership, the discipline, the lane.

The wholesale band for email is on the partner price list: quote against it before a client asks. The partnership itself lives on the agency hub; email as brands buy it direct has its own page. Neighbouring white-label lanes are linked too.

The platform call

Stay, fix or migrate:
how we call a client's email platform.

Per-client onboarding starts with an audit of what is already running in your client's email platform. We recommend nothing before it, and a move is not the default answer.

What the audit findsOur callWhy
The client already runs KlaviyoStay and build on itIt is where our deepest experience sits: flows, segments, predictive fields and integrations.
The client runs Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or a comparable platform that serves themStay and work in itIf the current platform is fine, we say so instead of selling the move.
Authentication, domain warming, sunset policies or list hygiene have gapsDeliverability first: the review is typically prioritised in the first fortnight, and any fix shows as its own line in the proposalIt decides whether anything lands in an inbox, and your name sits on the sender reputation.
A platform move is the right answer for this clientPlan the migration, most commonly into Klaviyo, with an inventory before anything movesThe move is planned so history, segments and deliverability standing are not lost.
Your copywriter or designer keeps the voice in-houseTheir copy, our flows, segmentation and deliverabilityThe split is agreed per client in the scope, and your team can edit our deliverables without asking us how.

Whatever the call, the flow map is agreed and presented in your templates for your client's approval before anything is built.

Questions

Frequently
asked.

For bench partners, the NDA is signed and the rate card is on file before there's a project. Eligible engagements can typically start two to three business days after scope, payment and required access are confirmed. The first fortnight typically prioritises the account audit and deliverability review: the foundation your reputation will sit on.

Two layers, one of which happens once. Partner onboarding covers an intro call, an NDA, the rate card and capability pack on file, and a named contact. When a brief lands, you introduce the client account, we connect to its email platform, audit what's running and agree the flow map in your templates before anything is built.

Weekly in your templates with your logo, attributed to revenue rather than opens: flows and campaigns broken out separately so the compounding asset is visible. A monthly deep-dive rolls it up into the narrative your client call needs. We join those calls as your team when you want us there, and stay off them when you don't.

Klaviyo is where our deepest experience sits: flows, segments, predictive fields and integrations. We also work in comparable platforms your client already uses, Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign most commonly. If a migration is the right answer we plan it without losing history or deliverability standing, and if the current platform is fine, we say so.

Your client's, always. The email platform and sending domains stay in your client's accounts, with your agency as administrator. Bespoke deliverable rights, licences and handover are agreed before work starts. If either of us exits, nothing is held hostage: the flows keep running and a proper handover documents how they work.

Yes, and it often produces the best result. Some partners keep voice in-house and buy the build: their copy, our flows, segmentation and deliverability. Others hand us the whole discipline. The split is agreed per client in the scope, and our deliverables are structured so your team can edit them without asking us how.

That's your call: some partners call us their delivery team, others say nothing, and every send reads as yours. We don't approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business, through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends. If your client contacts us directly, we resolve it through you.

The wholesale email rate card is agreed once, in writing, and every engagement is quoted against it. You set the retail price and keep the margin, and nothing we deliver reveals what you pay us. Proposals are itemised by deliverable, so a deliverability fix shows as its own line, with no platform-fee markups. Partner prices are on the partner price list.
