Find the work your team repeats,
and what to automate first.
Describe up to three tasks that take time every week. You see the hours they add up to straight away. A person then reviews them and sends a ranked shortlist with the likely tools.

Brands our teams have delivered for
The AI Automation Review looks at up to three tasks your team repeats each week and adds up the hours they take, from your own answers. A person then reviews them and sends a short video and a ranked shortlist: which task to automate first, the likely tool and the hours it could free up.
Four short answers
for each task.
Describe up to three tasks. Choose the ones that take the most time, or the ones your team likes least. Never type a password or a customer's details into the form.
- Question 1
The task
What it is, in a few words, as you would say it to a colleague. For example: copy web orders into the stock sheet.
- Question 2
The tools
The tools it touches: Gmail or Outlook, Google Sheets or Excel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Slack or Teams, a CRM, or another tool you name.
- Question 3
The hours
Roughly how many hours a week it takes each person who does it. A rough number is fine.
- Question 4
The people
How many people do it. We multiply the two to get the task's hours a week.
We use your numbers only,
and promise no savings.
- For each task, the hours each person spends a week times the number of people who do it gives the task's hours a week.
- The tasks are added together for the week. The year is the week times 52, so it includes holiday weeks.
- Every figure is labelled "Calculated from your answers". We do not add industry averages or estimates of what you would save.
- The person who reviews your tasks uses the same numbers. The hours each task could free up are worked out from them, task by task.
Your hours now,
a reviewed shortlist after.
- Step 1
Your hours, on this page
Each task's hours a week, and the total for a week and a year, worked out from your answers. Nothing is sent until you ask for the review.
- Step 2
A short video and a ranked shortlist, by email
Ankit Kamal, AVP Sales, reviews your tasks with Saundaraya Gupta, our technical manager. You get a short video and a shortlist, typically within four business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm IST).
- Step 3
What the shortlist tells you
Your tasks in order, the one to automate first at the top. Each comes with the likely tool, for example n8n, Zapier or Make, or a custom build. Each also shows the hours it could free up, from your answers.
- Step 4
If a task is worth it: an AI pilot proposal
If you want to try the first task, we send a proposal for a small AI pilot, priced before anything starts. You do not need it to get the review.
What we keep,
and why.
Your tasks stay in your browser until you ask for the review. Nothing you type is sent before then.
When you ask for the review, we keep your first name, work email and tasks, and your company and website if you give them. We use them to prepare the review and to answer you.
The research box is unticked. Tick it only if you are happy for your answers to be used, without your name or your company's name, in an anonymised benchmark later.
Describe the task, not the data in it. Never type a password, a customer's details or anything confidential.
The full detail is in our privacy policy.
Frequently
asked.
Yes. The hours on this page and the reviewed shortlist by email are free. If a task is worth automating, we offer a proposal for a small AI pilot. You do not need it to get the review.
Anything your team does the same way most weeks. For example: copying orders into a sheet, sending the same follow-up emails, moving form leads into a CRM, or building a weekly report. Describe it in a few words.
We multiply the hours each person spends on a task each week by the number of people who do it, then add the tasks together. The year is the week times 52. It is arithmetic on your own answers, not an estimate of savings.
It depends on the task. n8n, Zapier or Make often suit a task that joins up tools you already use. A custom build suits a task those tools cannot do well. The shortlist names the likely tool for each task and says why.
Ankit Kamal, AVP Sales, reads your answers with Saundaraya Gupta, our technical manager. Together they record the video and write the shortlist. Nothing goes out without a person checking it.
The review is a free first look at up to three tasks, from your own answers. An audit is paid, detailed work across your processes and systems, scoped and priced before it starts. The shortlist says where a deeper look would help.
