1. Who we are and what these terms cover
This website is operated by ValueCoders Services LLP for visitors and customers outside India, and ValueCoders India LLP for visitors and customers in India, trading as PixelCrayons and part of the Vinove group. These terms apply to www.pixelcrayons.com and its landing pages. They do not apply to work delivered under an engagement, which has its own scope of work, commercial terms, confidentiality agreement and intellectual property assignment.
2. Engagements are governed by contract
Every piece of client work runs under a signed agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; a proposal, a statement of work or an order form is. Prices shown on the pricing pages are indicative and are confirmed in writing before any work starts. The 14-day trial is offered on the terms published on its own page, which you accept when you request it.
3. Content on this site
- The writing, design, coded artwork and code on this site belong to PixelCrayons or its licensors. You may read, link to and quote the site with attribution. Do not republish pages or posts wholesale, remove notices, or present our content as your own.
- Case-study figures are anonymised aggregates published with care. Wherever a screen, panel or figure is an illustration rather than a live result, it is labelled as such on the page.
- Third-party names, logos and platform names appear to describe the work we do. They belong to their owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement or partner status unless a current certification is separately shown.
4. Articles, tools and calculators
Articles, guides and comparisons are general practitioner writing, not advice tailored to your situation. The estimators and calculators produce indicative figures from the inputs you give and the assumptions stated beside them; they are not quotes and not forecasts. Decisions about your platform, budget or architecture deserve a scoped conversation, which is what the review and proposal process is for.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the forms for genuine enquiries. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or that you do not have the right to send.
- Do not probe, scan or test the site or the enquiry service for vulnerabilities, bypass the bot protection, or place load on the site beyond ordinary browsing. Responsible disclosure of a security issue is welcome; write to the address in section 9.
- Do not scrape the site at scale or use its content to train or fine-tune a model without written permission.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and embeds videos from YouTube. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any page reflects the latest state of our services on the day you read it. To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties about the site and its content.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid to use it, which is nothing. Liability in an engagement is set out in that engagement's agreement.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about the website, without affecting any protection you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
