What we commit to,
and how to check it.
Our commitments with their full terms, the group credentials we can evidence, ratings with the date we checked them, and how we handle case figures, client permissions and your data.
PixelCrayons, a Vinove company established in 2004
This page holds PixelCrayons' commitments, credentials and ratings in full, so a claim made anywhere on the site can be checked here. Group credentials are stated as belonging to Vinove, our parent group. Each rating shows the date we last checked it. Case figures awaiting a client's written sign-off are labelled until it is recorded.
Our commitments
The terms behind every commitment shown elsewhere on the site, with where each one applies.
Response and start times
We typically respond within four business hours. Eligible engagements can typically start within two to three business days after scope, payment and required access are confirmed.
We typically respond within four business hours: a useful human reply, not an automated acknowledgement or a completed proposal. Once we have a sufficiently complete brief, we confirm the date you will receive your proposal. Eligible engagements can typically start within two to three business days after scope, payment and required access are confirmed. These are typical operating expectations, not universal response or start guarantees.
Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST, excluding published company holidays. Typical expectations, not guaranteed service levels.
30-Day Corrective Maintenance
Applicable development work includes 30 days of corrective maintenance after production launch.
We correct defects in PixelCrayons-delivered work that prevent it meeting the agreed requirements, when reported within 30 calendar days of production launch. Covered defects remain in the correction process even if resolution finishes later. New functionality, changed scope, unrelated third-party or platform changes and ongoing maintenance are outside this provision. Support hours follow the engagement.
Development engagements only; not marketing services or retainers.
Clear IP & Ownership Terms
Your materials remain yours. Bespoke deliverable rights, licences and handover are agreed before work starts.
Your materials and data remain yours. Agreed ownership rights in bespoke deliverables transfer under the engagement terms and applicable payment. Third-party software and assets keep their licences; pre-existing or reusable components keep their agreed ownership and usage rights. Account access, handover and termination follow the engagement terms.
All engagements.
Clear Delivery & Escalation Ownership
Know who coordinates your engagement, who owns the work and how to escalate an issue.
Before work starts, we identify your client or commercial owner, delivery or specialist owner, communication coordinator and escalation contact. Roles may be combined and vary with your engagement.

14-Day Risk-Free Trial
For eligible managed specialists. Up to 14 calendar days or 80 logged working hours, whichever comes first. End within the trial and pay nothing for eligible trial hours. Continue beyond it and those hours are billed at the agreed rate. Unpaid trial work remains ours if you stop.
Try one eligible PixelCrayons specialist on an agreed scope and working arrangement. Your organisation's first trial ends at 14 calendar days or 80 logged working hours, whichever occurs first. Notify us within that window if you do not wish to continue; eligible trial hours are waived. Authorised work beyond the limit starts the paid engagement and makes trial hours payable at the agreed rate. If no paid continuation is authorised, work pauses and the trial closes without eligible-hour charges. Separately approved third-party purchases remain payable. If you stop without paying for trial work, PixelCrayons retains its trial deliverables; evaluation rights end and ongoing use needs a separate agreement. Your materials, data and accounts remain yours. These terms are agreed before starting.
Eligible managed-specialist roles only, one trial per customer. Not offered for AI, chatbot, prompt, automation, API-integration or QA work. Brand and graphic designers, brand strategists, video editors, content writers, copywriters and content marketers start with a paid pilot.
Full termsTime-zone overlap
At least four hours a day inside your core working hours. Two hours plus a daily written handover for the US West Coast.
Your engineers work at least four hours a day inside your core working hours. We set the window with you before the engagement starts and hold it for as long as the engagement runs. For the US West Coast the live overlap is two hours each morning, with a written handover at the end of every Indian day. We do not run night shifts: engineers who work nights leave quickly, and keeping the same people on your team matters more to us than a longer overlap.
Managed specialists only; not a staffing promise for project teams.
Client protection in writing
We deliver under your agency's brand and respect your client relationships. We do not approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business. Confidentiality and client-protection terms are agreed before work begins.
Protected clients are those you introduce to us for proposals or discovery and those we deliver work for through your agency. We do not solicit them or accept direct work from them during the protected period, which runs through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends; if an introduction never becomes a project, twelve months from the documented close of the opportunity. If one of your clients contacts us directly, we tell you and resolve the enquiry through you. Direct operational contact with an end client happens only with your authorisation. These terms are written into the agreement before protected work starts.
Agency engagements. Protection runs through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends.

Partner badges
The Google Partner and Shopify Partner badges on this site show partner status we have reported. Their tier and holding organisation are being recorded, so we claim no Premier, Plus or other tier. Individual certifications, such as Google Ads or AWS certifications, belong to the people who hold them and are never shown as company badges.
Ratings, dated.
A rating is a snapshot, not a permanent score. Each one below shows the date we last checked it against the profile.

We show no number until the profile's summary and overall figures agree.
Every figure
has a record.
One register for every claim
The figures, ratings, credentials and promises on this site are drawn from our claims register, which records each one's source, the date it was checked and where it may be used. A figure the register does not clear is not published; it is described by the work behind it instead.
Case figures and client sign-off
Outcome figures appear only from a published case. Where a client's written sign-off for a figure is still being collected, the figure carries the label "client sign-off pending" until it is recorded, and a figure that is not signed off is withdrawn or replaced.
Client permissions, asset by asset
Permission to publish a client's name, logo, quotation, work samples or results is recorded separately for each: permission for one does not cover the others. Quotes still awaiting written publication permission are labelled as such.
Agencies and their clients
We do not publish named case studies about an agency's clients, and we use an agency's own name, logo or testimonial only with its prior approval. Anonymised work is checked so the client cannot be identified.
Data handling
How we collect, use and keep personal data from this website, and the choices you have, are set out in our privacy and cookie policies. Confidentiality terms, including an NDA where you need one, are agreed before we see anything sensitive, and your materials, data and accounts remain yours.
