How to use it

Read for the mechanism,
not the headline.

Start with the question

Every title is the question a client or partner asked us. If it is not your question, skip it; the next one might be. Nothing here is written to be read in order.

Practice over theory

The posts are written from delivery: 500+ agencies served and shipping since 2004 through every core update, not from other people's blog posts about other people's blog posts. If we haven't done the thing, we don't write the guide to it.

Check it on your own site

Each post names the mechanism, so you can test the claim on your own pages before you believe it. Where a figure appears, it is a public, checkable fact or one of the attested figures used across this site.
