An entrepreneur at heart. He links business analysis, strategy, clear goals and ROI to practical technology.
Our marketing, development, design and AI work has been under one roof since 2004. Design and development came first, then marketing, and AI is our newest practice. Agencies use our senior teams under their own brand (500+ agencies served). Brands hire us directly when they want one plan instead of four suppliers.

PixelCrayons is a Growth Engineering Partner. We bring marketing, web and commerce engineering, design, and AI together in one accountable team to improve how businesses acquire, convert, and retain customers. For agencies, we deliver the same engine as white-label execution under their brand, and we don't approach the clients they introduce to us for direct business.
We build digital solutions that save time, support steady growth and give a business a real edge over its rivals. That holds for businesses of every size.
We want every business, large or small, to use technology with confidence. Nothing complicated should stand between your idea and a result you can measure.
Meet the leaders who keep strategy, delivery, people and partnerships working towards the same goals.

Each practice is senior on its own. The difference comes when they stop being four suppliers with four plans and work as one team with one plan.
The people who plan your work in the proposal stay responsible for delivering it. We do not approach the clients a partner introduces to us for direct business: that protection runs through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends. It is written into the agreement. You meet the team on a call before anything is signed.
PixelCrayons started in 2004 as a small design boutique. Today we are one team for marketing, development, design and AI, serving businesses worldwide. Technology keeps changing, but our approach stays the same. We learn what changed, keep what works and use the right tools for a real business need.
We built our skills before we built our name. PixelCrayons started in 2004 as a small design boutique on open bidding platforms. Nobody knows your name there. Every job goes to whoever shows they can do it, then shows it again the next week. The work mattered more than the name on it, and it still does.
Agencies noticed us before brands did. One-off projects grew into long white-label partnerships. We turned designs into website themes in volume under their brands, alongside hundreds of marketing projects. For a while our lower-priced theming service had its own name, MarkupBox. Then buyers asked who could own the whole result, so it merged back in. We have delivered work that someone else signs since 2004. It shapes how our white-label work runs. Client-protection terms are agreed before work begins. We work inside a partner's tools, and our reports are ready for an agency to present unedited. Today the same team also works directly for brands.
Marketing has run alongside our build work for most of our history. Leading with it now changes the emphasis, not the direction.

All engagements.
Full termsKnow who coordinates your engagement, who owns the work and how to escalate an issue.
All engagements. Roles may be combined and vary with your engagement.
Full termsFor eligible managed specialists. Up to 14 calendar days or 80 logged working hours, whichever comes first. End within the trial and pay nothing for eligible trial hours. Continue beyond it and those hours are billed at the agreed rate. Unpaid trial work remains ours if you stop.

Managed specialists only; not a staffing promise for project teams.
Full termsWe deliver under your agency's brand and respect your client relationships. We do not approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business. Confidentiality and client-protection terms are agreed before work begins.
Agency engagements. Protection runs through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends.
Full termsWe deliver under your agency's brand and respect your client relationships. Confidentiality and client-protection terms are agreed before work begins, and we do not publish named case studies about your clients. We use your agency's own name, logo or testimonial only with your prior approval.
We do not approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business. That protection runs through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends, and it is written into the agreement. If one of your clients contacts us directly, we tell you and resolve the enquiry through you.
Your engineers work at least four hours a day inside your core working hours. We set the window with you before the engagement starts and hold it for as long as the engagement runs. For the US West Coast the live overlap is two hours each morning, with a written handover at the end of every Indian day. We do not run night shifts: engineers who work nights leave quickly, and keeping the same people on your team matters more to us than a longer overlap.
We typically respond within four business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST, excluding published holidays. Eligible engagements can typically start within two to three business days after scope, payment and required access are confirmed. We confirm a proposal date once we have a sufficiently complete brief.
We quote each engagement in a written proposal, and the initial consultation, standard proposal and straightforward scoping are free. The proposal states the deliverables, exclusions, fees and currency, payment milestones and any third-party costs, so you can compare it line by line with a local quote. You can buy one service or several, and keep the providers you already have.
Cancellation, notice and any renewal terms are written into your proposal or statement of work before you accept it. If an engagement ends early, we hand over completed, paid-for work and list any unfinished work separately. For an eligible specialist trial, you can stop within the trial window and pay nothing for eligible trial hours.
How we handle claims, credentials and your data: group credentials, dated ratings, how case figures are signed off, client permissions and data handling.
Our head office is in Noida, India, and we serve clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East and APAC. You know who coordinates your engagement, who owns the work and how to escalate an issue.
Senior-led, and we're happy to be held to it. A senior team runs every engagement. The people who scope your work in the proposal stay responsible for delivering it. We don't do the quiet switch some firms make: senior people in the pitch, juniors on the account.
Yes, on calls, before anything is signed. Agency partners meet their dedicated team before any client brief reaches it. We'd want the same in your place: you're putting your brand on our work.
Since 2004. We have delivered 4,500+ projects without a break, through every platform change from early CMS tools to AI search. Age alone proves nothing, but it does mean the team you hire has seen your problem before.
We have no public job listings right now. Senior people in marketing, development, design or AI can still apply. A senior person in that field reads every application, and you get a straight answer either way. The careers page explains how hiring works.
Tell us what's stuck. A senior strategist reads every message, and we typically respond within four business hours.
