What if it is not working by day ten?
End it. Eligible trial hours are not billed, and the unpaid trial work remains ours, so nothing half-finished leaves with you and nothing is owed. You have lost ten days of your attention, not money.
Pick an eligible specialist, meet them before anything is signed, and put them on a brief from your own backlog for up to fourteen days. If it is not working, end it and pay nothing for the eligible trial hours. If it is, you continue at the rate you were quoted before the trial began.

Try before you commit
Work together on a real brief for up to 14 days, then decide whether to scale.
The trial is a real engagement with the exit made free: up to 14 calendar days or 80 logged working hours with a named specialist, on your work, in your tools. Stop inside the trial and the eligible trial hours are not billed. Continue and those same hours are billed at the agreed rate, so nothing is discounted and nothing is owed for a trial you walked away from. The people on the trial are the people on the engagement.
A short brief: the work, the stack or the channel, the start you need. We sign an NDA and propose the specialist by name, with their rate.
A video interview with the specialist and, for a pod, the project manager. Ask for a swap if the fit is wrong. Nothing is signed until you are satisfied.
The specialist joins your tools and your cadence and works your brief. Hours are logged and reported to you as they build. The first deliverable is in your hands within 14 days of the NDA.
End it: eligible trial hours are not billed and the unpaid trial work stays ours. Continue: those hours are billed at the agreed rate and the engagement runs on monthly terms.

No. The specialist on the trial is the specialist on the engagement. You interview them before the trial starts, by name, and you can ask for a swap before anything is signed.
The trial ends at 14 calendar days or 80 logged working hours, whichever comes first. Hours are logged and reported to you during the trial, so the count is never a surprise.
There is no deposit. If you stop inside the trial you pay nothing for the eligible trial hours. If you continue, those hours are billed at the rate agreed before the trial.
Work you pay for is yours: intellectual property is assigned under the engagement terms. Unpaid trial work remains ours if you stop, which is also why nothing unfinished leaves with you.
The website, store, search, paid media, social and UI/UX specialists listed below, and backend, DevOps, Django, full-stack and Node.js engineers for website and store work. Engineers delivered by ValueCoders, AI and automation, analytics, CRO, email and marketing-automation roles start with a priced proposal instead; brand, content and video work starts with a paid pilot.
No. The engagement runs on one monthly rate and scales up or down with notice. The trial exists so that the decision to continue is yours, made on evidence.
Nothing is discounted. The rate you continue at is the rate quoted before the trial. What the trial changes is the order: you judge the person on real work first and commit second.
For eligible managed specialists. Up to 14 calendar days or 80 logged working hours, whichever comes first. End within the trial and pay nothing for eligible trial hours. Continue beyond it and those hours are billed at the agreed rate. Unpaid trial work remains ours if you stop.
Every role below is an eligible managed specialist. Roles not listed start with a priced proposal.
Once the brief and the NDA are in place we propose the specialist by name. You meet them, and the work begins in your tools; the first deliverable is in your hands within 14 days of the NDA.
Yours. The specialist joins your repository, your ad accounts or your design files, your stand-ups and your ticketing, so what you judge at the end is how they work inside your process, not in a sandbox of ours.
A short brief that names the work, access to the tools the work lives in, and one person on your side who can answer questions and accept the first deliverable. The NDA comes from us.
The engagement simply carries on: the trial hours are billed at the agreed rate, the monthly rate applies from there, and you scale up or down with notice. There is no second contract to negotiate.
No. The monthly rate is quoted before the trial and is the rate you continue at. The trial is not a discount and does not create one.

Tell us the role. We sign an NDA, propose the specialist by name and you meet them before anything is signed.
