1. Who we are

PixelCrayons is a brand of ValueCoders Services LLP, 703, Sector 15 Part 2, Gurugram 122001, Haryana, India. ValueCoders Services LLP is the controller of the information described here.

2. What this outreach is

Separately from our work with existing clients, we run a limited outbound campaign that introduces our services (white-label SEO, paid media, web design, Shopify and WordPress development, and design) to agencies and brands that have not worked with us yet. We contact one relevant person at a company, by email, a few times at most.

3. What information we use and where it comes from

Your name, job title, employer, work email address and business location, and public information about your company, such as a role it has advertised, a funding announcement or a change in its leadership. We obtain business contact details from Apollo.io, a business contact database, and company information from the company's own website and job postings and from public news and announcements.

4. Why we contact you, and our legal basis

We contact a person only when their role appears relevant to our services and there is a public signal suggesting the outreach may be of interest. This is a professional judgement, not evidence that you want our services.

We rely on our legitimate interest in developing relevant business relationships (Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR). We have weighed that interest against your rights: the contact is limited, relevant to your job, uses work contact details only, and every message lets you stop it.

In the UK, emails to corporate addresses are sent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations with an opt-out in every message. Where local law requires consent, we do not send this outreach.

5. Automated tools

We use software, including artificial intelligence, to check whether a company fits the services we offer and to prepare the message. People set the rules and review replies. No decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made about you.

6. Who else handles the information

Our service providers for email (Google Workspace), business contact data (Apollo.io), artificial intelligence (Anthropic), and hosting and web security. They act on our instructions.

7. International transfers

The information is processed in India and by service providers in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses and, for UK data, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

8. How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to run the campaign, reviewed on a schedule: records with no reply are reviewed after 90 days, inactive correspondence after 12 months, and inactive opportunities after 24 months. If you ask us to stop, we keep a minimal record of that request so that we never contact you again.

9. Your choices and rights

You can object to this outreach at any time and at no cost: reply to any message with "unsubscribe", use the one-click unsubscribe link in the email, or write to us at the address below. An objection stops all further outreach to you and your company. You may also ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your information.

You can complain to a data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie); elsewhere, your local authority.
