Search your name.
Like what you see?

An old news story on page one, reviews nobody answered, listings with a dead address. Online reputation management is an industry full of promises nobody can keep, so this is the honest version: repair what ranks, then earn better.

What we do

Reputation management done properly earns better search results: it doesn't fake them. We work four levers: review requests to real customers at the right moment, consistent listings, your own pages ranking for your name, and content strong enough to outrank the noise. We refuse fake or incentivised reviews and any promise of guaranteed removal.

  1. SEOSearch discipline pointed at your own name, so your pages earn the positions they hold.
  2. Local SEOListings and profiles claimed, corrected and kept consistent everywhere buyers check your name.
  3. Content MarketingAuthoritative pages that outrank the noise and earn the positions it was borrowing.

Sound familiar?

Four ways a reputation
degrades online.

01

Page one belongs to everyone but you

Search your brand and your own site holds one or two spots; the rest is an outdated article, an aggregator profile you never claimed, a competitor's "alternatives" page and a forum thread from years ago. That page is your reception area, and strangers are staffing it.

Brand SERP
02

Reviews are stale, thin or unanswered

A handful of reviews, the newest a year old, one angry outlier doing most of the talking, and no reply from you under any of them. Buyers read silence as confirmation. The fix isn't cosmetic: it's a working process for asking, answering and learning from reviews.

Reviews
03

Every directory tells a different story

An old address on one listing, wrong hours on another, a misspelt name on a third, profiles half-claimed or abandoned. Inconsistency costs twice: it confuses the buyers who check, and it erodes the confidence of the local-search systems deciding whether to show you at all.

Listings
04

The noise outranks anything good

One bad thread or dated story ranks above ten years of good work, not because it's strong, but because nothing stronger was ever published. Rankings abhor a vacuum: if you don't fill the results for your own name, whatever exists will.

Content
The levers

Earned repair,
not erasure.

Our reputation management services work through the levers below. Each is a discipline you can inspect on its own page, pointed, in this engagement, at what people find when they check your name.

Two things we will never sell you.

Fake or incentivised reviews: banned by every platform, illegal in a growing list of jurisdictions. And "guaranteed removal": outside narrow legal and platform-policy routes, nobody controls what Google shows, and anyone promising otherwise is charging you for hope.

From audit to earned

Fix what's yours,
earn the rest.

01
Start

Brief and a call

We sign an NDA and talk through what turns up for your name: search, maps, AI answers, review profiles and listings.

02
Once the brief is complete

Audit and itemised proposal

We confirm when the proposal arrives. It sorts what ranks for your name into three piles and prices the review process, listings cleanup and publishing calendar.

03
Your decision

You sign off

You confirm the scope, the payment and the access we need. Nothing starts before this.

04
Typically 2 to 3 business days later

The work starts

Listings and profiles you control are corrected first, and reviews that break platform rules are flagged through the proper channels.

05
Every month after

Earn, monitor, answer

Review requests run inside your operations, listings are maintained, content is published and the brand SERP is tracked weekly. Reputations aren't fixed once: they're maintained.

Inside Prism

Your engagement, week to week,
in one workspace.

Prism is the client workspace where your requests, approvals, tasks and weekly reviews live.

A solution spans several disciplines, so where the engagement includes it, it runs in one Prism workspace you log into: one request queue, one task list and one weekly review across all of it.

  • 01

    One queue across disciplines

One request list, one task list, one review.

  • 02

    Weekly review

Each decision recorded, with the expectation attached.

  • 03

Getting started

Start with the brand review. In writing.

Say "brand review" in the message and a senior strategist searches your name the way a buyer would: Google, maps, AI answers, reviews. What's fixable, what's earnable and what isn't, in writing.

The three piles

What turns up for your name,
and what we do about each.

The audit sorts what buyers find into three piles: violations worth reporting, assets you control, and positions that can only be earned. Each pile gets a different fix and runs on a different clock.

What turns upWhat we doWhat to expect
A listing with the wrong address, hours or nameCorrect it, then keep every listing consistentThe fast lane, typically weeks, because you control the assets.
A review that breaks platform rules: fake, off-topic, harassment or a conflict of interestFlag it through the platform's proper channelsThe platform decides. Reviews that do not qualify stay up.
A harsh but genuine reviewA calm, factual reply, and a fix for the process failure it exposedThe reply is read by buyers who will never write a review themselves.
Too few reviews, or only stale onesAsk genuine customers when satisfaction peaks, with no review-gatingMonths, tracking your actual customer volume, since every review has to be real.
An old story or thread outranking your own pagesPublish and promote something strongerThe slowest work, often quarters.
Content that is false or defamatoryYour lawyer drives the legal route while we run the search side in parallelCourts move slower than search results, so the earned coverage matters however the legal route ends.

Nothing in the plan is promised that is not controllable: no fake reviews, and no guaranteed removals.

Questions

Frequently
asked.

Usually no, and be wary of anyone who says yes for a fee. Platforms remove reviews that break their rules (fake, off-topic, harassment, conflicts of interest), and where one qualifies we flag it through the proper channels. What works instead is a calm, factual reply, a fix for the failure the review exposed, and a steady stream of real reviews.

No. Fake reviews are fraud: banned by every platform, illegal under consumer-protection law in a growing number of markets and increasingly detected and purged. We build an asking process instead: finding happy customers, asking when satisfaction peaks and making the review easy to leave. No review-gating either, because steering unhappy customers away from the form breaches platform terms too.

No: nobody guarantees rankings and keeps the promise, for brand terms or any others. Brand queries are the friendliest territory in search, though, because your own site, profiles and content are usually the strongest candidates for your name. The plan states in writing what we expect to move and how we'll measure it.

It depends on the pile. Listings and profile cleanup is the fast lane, typically weeks, because you control the assets; review momentum takes months and tracks your customer volume. Outranking established negative content is slowest, often quarters. Anyone quoting days is describing suppression tricks that collapse at the next algorithm update.

Then it's a legal question first. Defamation, impersonation and privacy violations have formal routes (court orders and platform legal processes) that a lawyer should drive; we're not lawyers. We run the search side in parallel: documenting where the content ranks, pursuing platform-policy reports and building earned coverage that matters however the legal route ends.

No, though they share machinery. SEO grows visibility for what you sell; brand reputation management defends trust at the moment someone checks who you are, adding review operations, listings governance, response playbooks and monitoring. If your problem is being invisible rather than misrepresented, the digital-presence engagement fits better, and we'll say so on the first call.

Repair what ranks.
Earn what's next.

Start with the website review: a senior strategist looks at what your name actually returns (search, AI answers, maps, reviews) and tells you what's fixable, what's earnable and what isn't. In writing.
