White-label web design for agencies
presented as your studio's.

UI/UX, web design and brand identity from our senior designers, prepared as your agency's work. You get your file covers, your templates and your client calls. We research before we design, meet the WCAG AA accessibility standard by default, and hand over files ready to build.

What we do

White-label web design means PixelCrayons' designers do the work while your agency presents it. You resell UI/UX, web design and brand identity at your own price, on top of our partner rate card. Files are prepared as your studio's work, and every delivery is ready to build. It's NDA-backed, with client protection written into the agreement.

Your new service line

What your agency
actually resells.

01

UI/UX design

Research, flows, prototypes and product interfaces. Every decision comes with a written reason based on user evidence. Your team can then defend the design in the client's review without us. Taste is open to argument; evidence settles it.

Per project
02

Web design that converts

Marketing sites and landing pages designed as systems, not one-off artboards. You get design tokens (named colours, type and spacing), components and layout rules. Your client's next campaign page can reuse them in hours. Each design is scoped to stay fast and accessible once built, not just to look right in a deck.

Per project
03

Brand identity

Logo, palette, type and voice, delivered as a documented system. The client's own team can apply it without help. That reflects well on the studio whose name is on the guidelines, which is yours.

Per project
04

Dev-ready handoff

Named layers, documented tokens, redlines (measured spacing specs), variants and motion notes. A developer who has never met us could build from them. Your developers can take it from there, with our answers on hand during the build. Or our design-to-code team builds the front end under the same arrangement.

Every delivery
05

Accessibility by default

WCAG 2.1 AA contrast, visible focus states, reduced-motion options and clear page structure are in the base spec of every engagement. They are not an add-on. Your proposals can promise this in writing, because it's already in ours.

From small overflow jobs to full rebrands

The same team covers a two-screen overflow ticket and a full rebrand. Grow the team when you win big and shrink it when it's quiet, with no cost between briefs. When volume holds steady, a dedicated team usually costs less, and we'll say so.

01
30 minutes

Intro call

A short call about your clients, your design gaps and how you like work presented. You need no brief: most partners set up well before they have one.

02
Same week

Rate card & NDA on file

You get the white-label design rate card and capability pack. A mutual NDA with client-protection terms goes on file. From then on you can quote design in pitches with your margin built in. If you want the number first, partner prices are on the partner price list.

03
When a brief lands

Direction, with rationale

Once we have a complete brief, we confirm the date you will receive your priced proposal. Then research and creative direction, presented for your team to carry into the client room.

04
Ongoing

Delivery in your tools

Design work runs inside your project tracker and file conventions. Review rounds are written into the scope, so revisions are planned work, not an argument your producers referee.

Inside Prism

Your engagements, week to week,
in Prism as well.

Prism is the client workspace where your requests, approvals, tasks and weekly reviews live.

Agency engagements can run in Prism too, where included: a workspace per engagement, client names withheld, holding your requests, approvals, tasks and the weekly review.

  • 01

    A workspace per engagement

    Client names withheld throughout.

  • 02

    Your requests and approvals

Brief us, approve work, see who owns what.

  • 03

    Weekly review

Each decision recorded, with the expectation attached.

How we report it, in Prism

The states ledger,
before a screen is signed off.

What you receive in month one

Design is reported as a set of documents you can review without a walkthrough. In the first month you receive the research summary with the tasks users need to complete, the information architecture with every page and its purpose, and the states ledger listing each screen with its empty, loading, error and success states. Review rounds are logged with the decisions taken and the reasons for them.

  • 01Research summary: user tasks, existing friction, and what was observed
  • 02Information architecture: every page, its purpose, and how users reach it
  • 03States ledger: each screen with empty, loading, error and success states
  • 04Component inventory: what is reused, what is new, and where each appears
  • 05Decision log: each review round, what changed and why

Where this fits

How this page fits with our other partner pages.

The wholesale design price band is on the partner price list, so you can quote against it before a client asks. The partnership itself is explained on the agency hub. Design for brands buying direct sits under design services.

The hand-off, twice

From our designers to your client room
and your developers.

A white-label design is handed off twice. First to the person on your team who presents it, then to the developer who builds it. Both are part of every delivery, not an extra.

  1. 01Reasons written to be presentedEvery decision comes with a written reason based on user evidence. Someone who didn't design it can then present and defend it in the client's review.
  2. 02A deck and answers in your templatesPresentation decks in your templates, with answers ready for the questions clients actually ask. When you want a designer in the room, ours joins the call as part of your team.
  3. 03Review rounds written into scopeRounds run inside your project tracker and file conventions. Revisions are then planned work rather than an argument your producers referee.
  4. 04Files in your own workspaceFigma files are delivered into your workspace with your file naming, cover pages and documentation style. No files held back, no source on request.
  5. 05A file a stranger can build fromNamed layers, documented tokens, redlines, variants and motion notes, with WCAG 2.1 AA in the base spec. Your developers build it with our answers on hand at no extra charge. Or our design-to-code team builds it as a production front end.

Rights in the files, their licences and the handover are agreed before work starts.

Questions

Frequently
asked.

The wholesale design rate card is agreed once, in writing, and every engagement is quoted against it. You set client pricing. We never see your client invoices, and nothing in the files shows what you pay us. Once we have a complete brief, we confirm when your proposal arrives. It is itemised, so you can pass the scope on almost word for word.

Your team does, with decks in your templates and reasons written for whoever presents them. When you want a designer in the room, ours joins as part of your team. We don't approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business, through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends.

Yours, throughout. File naming, cover pages, artboard layout and documentation style are all prepared as your studio's work. Figma files are delivered into your own workspace, so no files are held back and no "source on request". Rights in the files, their licences and the handover are agreed before work starts. Our name appears on none of it.

That's your call, and we'll never pre-empt it. Some partners describe us as their design team, which is what we are. Others name a specialist partner when asked. Either way, the NDA outlives the engagement. Our only advice is to keep what you say consistent.

Yes, files ready to build are the default. Your developers get named layers, documented tokens, redlines, variants and motion notes. They also get our answers during the build, at no extra charge. If you'd rather not carry the build, our design-to-code team builds the same design as a production front end, under the same white-label arrangement.

We tell you, and we resolve the enquiry through you. We don't approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business, through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends, and it's written into the agreement. The relationship with the client stays yours.

Put a design bench
behind your agency.

Ask for the white-label design rate card and capability pack, put the NDA on file, and quote UI/UX, web or brand work in your next pitch with your margin built in. No minimum commitment: we deliver under your agency's brand from day one.
