1. How to use these samples
These are discussion samples, not executed agreements or final legal advice. Complete all bracketed fields and obtain commercial and legal review before signature. Clauses marked Proposed remain draft recommendations. Reviewing a sample creates no work or payment obligation.
Your signed agreement and statement of work record the applicable terms. A sample does not replace an existing agreement or automatically add a trial, refund, support window or service-level guarantee. Ask us for a completed proposal for your requirement.
Use the main website pricing as the current reference for indicative fees. Earlier brand-portal package prices and regional brochures are retired; they do not set the price of a new engagement. Existing signed terms remain unchanged.
2. Confirm the commitments for your service
Read the published delivery commitments before selecting a sample. Development corrective maintenance and the eligible managed-specialist trial have specific conditions. A paid project pilot is a different arrangement. The samples below are for direct business customers and do not provide a managed-specialist trial agreement.
Tell us the service, working arrangement and any procurement requirements. We will identify the relevant documents, confirm the contracting entity and complete the scope, fees, dates and responsibilities before acceptance.
3. Core services agreement
The proposed framework for scope, payment, confidentiality, ownership, termination and liability. Begin here, then add the statement of work for your service.
4. Mutual confidentiality agreement
A sample NDA for discussing confidential requirements. Identify the parties, permitted purpose, exclusions and duration before signing.
5. Website project scope
Record pages, layouts, supplied content, forms, integrations, acceptance checks, launch responsibilities and handover.
6. Marketing and content scope
Define channels, deliverables, approvals, reporting, media costs and renewal terms. Business outcomes are not guaranteed.
7. Creative and video scope
Specify formats, quantities, supplied assets, review rounds, usage rights and any third-party production costs.
8. Website care scope
Separate routine maintenance from improvements. Agree coverage hours, severity definitions, response targets and exclusions.
9. AI and CRM scope
Record data sources, integrations, test cases, human escalation, account ownership and ongoing software costs.
10. Paid pilot or feasibility scope
Choose a usable deliverable or a defined investigation. This sample concerns paid project work, not the eligible managed-specialist trial.
11. Other fixed project scope
Use for an agreed deliverable that needs a tailored scope. Complete dependencies, acceptance evidence, change handling and payment milestones.
12. Delivery discussion checklist
Prepare the operational details: account contact, approvals, communication, access, escalation and handover. Read alongside the current delivery commitments.
13. What to agree before signing
- Deliverables, exclusions, customer inputs and objective acceptance checks.
- Fees, currency, tax, payment milestones and necessary external purchases.
- Account manager, escalation contact, working days, holidays and communication plan.
- Confidentiality, data access, intellectual property, third-party rights and handover.
- Support coverage, change requests, renewal, cancellation, remedies and liability treatment.
