PixelCrayons delivers social media content and community management under partner agencies' brands: calendars, platform-native posts and day-to-day community response. Your agency owns the client relationship and the retail price; we deliver behind your logo at wholesale rates, with reporting in your templates that tracks what shipped and what's queued. NDA at signature, zero-competition in the contract, 12-month post-engagement blackout. 100+ agency partners keep us on their bench; this is one of the disciplines they resell.

What your agency resells

The content engine,
sold as yours.

01

Content calendars, planned and produced

A monthly calendar built against the client's brand and audience (captions, creative direction and posting cadence), presented as your agency's editorial plan. Your team approves the calendar before a single post goes into production.

First 30 days
02

Platform-native content, per channel

Content built to how each platform actually behaves, not one asset resized four ways (feed posts, short-form video, threads), matched to the channels your client already runs. What ships on one platform isn't a crop of what shipped on another.

Per calendar
03

Community management, on schedule

Comments and messages handled inside a response window you set per client, tone matched to the brand, on the accounts your client's team administers. Anything needing a human decision follows the escalation path back to you, not answered blind.

Daily
04

Brand-safe review before anything ships

Every post passes a review pass against the brand's voice and guardrails before it goes live, presented in your templates so your team or your client can sign off without asking us how the queue works.

Per post
05

Reporting your client call can lean on

Reporting from the weekly review in Prism, in your templates with your logo, on what shipped, what's queued and how fast the community queue is cleared, not vanity metrics dressed up as strategy. What actually happened, written so you can forward it unedited.

NDA + rate card on file

The capability pack and wholesale social rate card arrive; we sign your NDA. From here you quote social work in any pitch, months before there's a client. Partner rates are published on agencies.pixelcrayons.com if you want the number first.

First branded deliverable

The channel audit and draft calendar land in your templates within days; the first branded posts ship inside 14 days of the engagement starting. Proposals against the rate card arrive within 48 hours.

How we report it, in Prism

What you receive in month one

Social is reported as a calendar and a log, both of which you can verify against the live accounts. In the first month you receive the channel plan naming what each platform is for, the content calendar with formats and owners, and the production log listing every piece, its status and its usage rights. The weekly review in Prism keeps reach, engagement and enquiries in separate columns.

  • 01Channel plan: the job each platform has, and the ones we advise leaving alone
  • 02Content calendar: formats, owners, shoot dates, publish dates
  • 03Production log: each piece, its status, and its usage rights
  • 04Weekly review in Prism: reach, engagement and enquiries, kept as separate columns
  • 05Community note: comments and messages answered, and the ones escalated to you

Where this fits

The partnership, the discipline, the lane.

The wholesale band for social is on the pricing page, agency view on: quote against it before a client asks. The partnership itself lives on the agency hub; social as brands buy it direct sits under the marketing hub.

Questions

Frequently
asked.

For bench partners, fast: the NDA is signed and the rate card is on file before there's a project, so when your client says yes, a proposal lands within 48 hours and the first branded posts ship inside 14 days. The first fortnight typically prioritises the channel audit and draft calendar: the foundation your client's approval will sit on.

Two layers, one of which happens once. Partner onboarding: intro call, your NDA signed, rate card and capability pack on file, a named contact assigned. Per-client onboarding when a brief lands: you introduce the account in your own words, we get access to the client's channels, audit what's been posting, and agree the first calendar before anything ships, presented in your templates for your client's approval.

Every post passes a brand-safe review before it goes live, and the calendar itself is approved by your team (or your client, at your discretion) before production starts. Weekly reporting lands in your templates with your logo, focused on what shipped, what's queued and how the community queue is being cleared, not projected follower or engagement numbers, which we don't promise.

We work across the channels a client already runs (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and TikTok most commonly), matching format and tone to each platform rather than posting the same asset everywhere. If a client's channel mix doesn't fit their audience, we say so in the audit instead of producing content for a platform that won't earn it.

Your client's, always. The social accounts, the scheduling tool and every post we build belong to the client from day one, with your agency as the administrator. If either of us ever exits the picture, nothing is held hostage: the accounts stay usable and a proper handover documents how the calendar works. Leaving being easy is what makes staying meaningful.

Yes, and it often produces the best result. Some partners keep brand and creative direction in-house and buy the production and scheduling; others hand us the whole discipline, working from brand guidelines your client supplies. The split is agreed per client in the scope, and our deliverables are structured so your team can edit them without asking us how.

That's your call, not ours. Some partners describe us as their content team; others run as a white-label social media agency and say nothing about who's behind a post or a reply. Either works, because our name appears on no caption, no comment and no report your client ever sees. What's contractual from our side is fixed: we never contact your client, never accept work from them directly, and the disclosure duty runs the other way: if your client ever approaches us, we tell you and decline.

The wholesale social rate card is agreed once, in writing, and every engagement is quoted against it. Quoting a calendar or a community-management retainer never means renegotiating per client. You set the retail price and keep the margin; we never see your client invoices, and nothing in a calendar or report reveals what you pay us. Proposals are itemised by deliverable (calendar, production, community management, reporting), so a heavier posting cadence shows up as its own line rather than getting folded into a flat fee, and there are no platform-fee markups hiding in the middle. See the partner rates on agencies.pixelcrayons.com.
