In one answer

White-label design means PixelCrayons' designers do the work while your agency presents it. You resell UI/UX, web design and brand identity at a price you set on top of our partner rate card; files, cover pages and documentation are prepared as your studio's work, and every delivery is dev-ready: buildable by your developers or shipped as production code by ours. NDA-backed, with a contractual bar on approaching your clients. First deliverable typically within 14 days of a brief.

What your agency
actually resells.

01

UI/UX design

Research, flows, prototypes and product interfaces: every decision backed by written rationale tied to user evidence, so your team can defend the design in the client's review without us in the room. Taste is arguable; evidence closes the meeting.

Per project
02

Web design that converts

Marketing sites and landing pages designed as systems, not one-off artboards: design tokens (named colours, type and spacing), components and layout rules your client's next campaign page can reuse in hours. Scoped to hold performance and accessibility once built, not just to look right in a deck.

Per project
03

Brand identity

Logo, palette, type and voice delivered as a documented system the client's own team can apply without anyone in the room, which reflects well on the studio whose name is on the guidelines. That would be yours.

Per project
04

Dev-ready handoff

Named layers, documented tokens, redlines (measured spacing specs), variants and motion notes a developer who has never met us could build from. Your developers take it from there (with our answers on tap during the build) or our design-to-code team ships it as production front-end under the same arrangement.

Every delivery
05

Accessibility by default

WCAG 2.1 AA contrast, visible focus states, reduced-motion alternatives and semantic structure sit in the base spec of every engagement, not an add-on line. A differentiator your proposals can claim in writing, because it's already in ours.

Overflow to full rebrands

The same bench covers a two-screen overflow ticket and a full rebrand: scale the pod up when you win big, down when it's quiet, with no bench cost between briefs. When volume holds steady, a dedicated team usually prices better; we'll say so.

01
30 minutes

Intro call

A short call about your clients, your design gaps and how you like work presented. No brief required: most partners set up well before they have one.

02
Same week

Rate card & NDA on file

You get the white-label design rate card and capability pack; a mutual NDA with the zero-competition clause goes on file. From here you quote design in pitches with your margin built in. Partner rates are published on agencies.pixelcrayons.com if you want the number first.

03
When a brief lands

Direction, with rationale

A priced proposal within 48 hours, then research and creative direction presented for your team to carry into the client room. First deliverable within 14 days.

04
Ongoing

Delivery in your tools

Design work runs inside your project tracker and file conventions, with review rounds written into scope, so revisions are planned work, not an argument your producers referee.

Inside Prism

Your engagements, week to week,
in Prism as well.

Agency engagements run in Prism too: a workspace per engagement, client names withheld, holding your requests, approvals, tasks and the weekly review.

  • 01

    A workspace per engagement

    Client names withheld throughout.

  • 02

    Your requests and approvals

Brief us, approve work, see who owns what.

  • 03

    Weekly review

Each decision recorded, with the expectation attached.

How we report it, in Prism

The states ledger,
before a screen is signed off.

What you receive in month one

Design is reported as a set of documents you can review without a walkthrough. In the first month you receive the research summary with the tasks users need to complete, the information architecture with every page and its purpose, and the states ledger listing each screen with its empty, loading, error and success states. Review rounds are logged with the decisions taken and the reasons for them.

  • 01Research summary: user tasks, existing friction, and what was observed
  • 02Information architecture: every page, its purpose, and how users reach it
  • 03States ledger: each screen with empty, loading, error and success states
  • 04Component inventory: what is reused, what is new, and where each appears
  • 05Decision log: each review round, what changed and why

Where this fits

One page of a bigger bench.

The wholesale band for design is on the pricing page, agency view on: quote against it before a client asks. The partnership itself lives on the agency hub; design as brands buy it direct sits under design services.

Questions

Frequently
asked.

The wholesale design rate card is agreed once, in writing, and every engagement is quoted against it. Quoting design work never means renegotiating per brief. You set client pricing; we never see your client invoices, and nothing in the files reveals what you pay us. Priced, itemised proposals for specific briefs come back within 48 hours: deliverables, review rounds and handoff format spelled out, so you can pass the scope onward almost verbatim. See the partner rates on agencies.pixelcrayons.com.

Your team does. To the client you are the white-label web design agency, and the work arrives ready for that role: presentation decks in your templates, rationale written to be spoken by someone who didn't design it, and answers prepared for the questions clients actually ask. When you want a designer in the room, ours joins the call as part of your team, introduced however you choose. We never contact your clients independently; that's in the contract, not the sales patter.

Yours, throughout. File naming, cover pages, artboard organisation and documentation style are all prepared to present as your studio's work, and Figma files are delivered into your own workspace: no hostage files, no "source on request". The client owns what the client paid for; your agency owns the presentation of it; our name appears on none of it.

That's your call, and we'll never pre-empt it. Plenty of partners describe us as their design team, which, contractually and practically, is what we are; others name a specialist partner when asked outright. Our side is fixed either way: we never identify ourselves to your clients, the NDA outlives the engagement, and a 12-month blackout bars us from working with your client after it ends. The only advice we'd offer is to keep whatever you say consistent: clients forgive delegation far more readily than they forgive discovering it.

Yes, dev-ready handoff is the default, not an upgrade. Your developers get named layers, documented tokens, redlines, variants and motion notes, plus our answers during the build at no extra charge; the file is structured for a stranger to build from, because that's usually who builds it. If you'd rather not carry the build at all, our design-to-code team ships the same design as production front-end under the same white-label arrangement: one more line on your rate card.

We tell you, and we decline. The zero-competition clause covers every partnership: we never approach, pitch or accept your clients, and the 12-month post-engagement blackout closes the waiting-game loophole. The relationship is the asset this whole arrangement exists to protect: yours with the client, ours with you.

Put a design bench
behind your agency.

Ask for the white-label design rate card and capability pack, put the NDA on file, and quote UI/UX, web or brand work in your next pitch with your margin built in. No minimum commitment: we stay invisible from day one.
