PPC management that
pays for itself.

Most ad accounts leak: junk search terms, remarketing that bids on people who would have bought anyway. We run Google Ads, Meta Ads and remarketing tracking-first, test creative weekly, and move budget monthly to what is earning.

What we do

PixelCrayons is a PPC company whose PPC service manages Google Ads, Meta Ads and remarketing against revenue, not impressions. Tracking comes first: server-side measurement verified before budget scales. Then a monthly cycle of waste cuts, weekly creative tests and budget rebalancing, with landing pages handled by the same team. We work direct for brands and white-label for agencies.

  1. Tracking before spendServer-side, consent-aware measurement verified against real orders before any budget scales.
  2. Google Ads, run to profitSearch, Shopping and Performance Max structured so spend follows margin, with weekly search-term hygiene.
  3. Meta Ads & remarketingFacebook and Instagram prospecting and retargeting, with new creative angles tested every week.

actually buys.

01

Tracking before spend

Measurement is set up and verified against real orders before any budget scales. Server-side means conversions are recorded by your site, not by a browser that may block them; consent-aware means it respects what each visitor agreed to. Optimising on broken conversion data is waste with a dashboard. If your tracking can't be trusted, fixing it is the first deliverable, not a footnote.

First, always
02

Google Ads, run to profit

Search, Shopping and Performance Max (Google's automated campaign type, which reports in aggregates) structured so spend follows margin. Search-term hygiene and negative lists are worked weekly rather than remembered quarterly. Deep enough to be its own discipline, which is why Google Ads has a dedicated programme of its own here.

Weekly hygiene
03

Meta Ads & remarketing

Prospecting and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram with new creative angles tested every week. Winners get scaled and losers get killed without sentiment, and frequency is capped so your remarketing persuades rather than stalks. Also available as a dedicated Meta Ads programme.

Weekly tests
04

Landing pages & the CRO tie-in

The click is half the job. Landing pages are built, matched to the ad's promise and tested by the same team that runs your conversion optimisation. Ad spend is never poured onto a page that leaks, and what page tests teach feeds straight back into the ads.

The monthly rebalance

Every month, the numbers decide: wasted spend cut, earning campaigns fed, experiments given real budgets and fixed deadlines. Reported weekly against revenue in language a CFO could audit: the same system our marketing hub runs across every channel.

We audit where spend leaks and whether conversions can be trusted, then confirm when the proposal arrives: account structure, measurement plan and targets, itemised and priced.

Inside Prism

Your engagement, week to week,

Prism is the client workspace where your requests, approvals, tasks and weekly reviews live.

Where the engagement includes it, marketing runs in a Prism workspace you log into: requests, approvals, tasks and the weekly review, with the cost of each channel beside the leads it produced.

Store, search and paid media

Al Majed for Oud: a fragrance house's whole catalogue, online in two languages.

The store was replatformed first, with zero data loss. Then paid and search ran on one roadmap instead of two competing budgets: ads covering the terms organic hadn't won yet, pulling back where it had, query data feeding both ways. Revenue up 340% across the seven-month engagement, with every shift in spend argued from the numbers. Paid was one of three levers; the full case says which did what.

Around the spend

Paid is one channel
of the system.

Paid works hardest planned next to SEO, so ads cover the terms organic hasn't won yet. Each platform has its own page: Google Ads, Meta Ads and Amazon Ads. Online stores get their own plan across all of them: eCommerce PPC. Start with the one where your demand already lives.

Where to start

Google, Meta or both:
where the first budget goes.

It depends on where your demand already lives, and the free account review answers that with data rather than preference. Many accounts end up needing both platforms, but budgets should earn that expansion, not assume it.

Questions

Frequently
asked.

There's no universal number, and any agency quoting one before seeing your account is guessing. Margins, sales cycle and market decide a sensible budget, and broken tracking makes every budget wrong. We'd rather shrink a wasteful budget in month one than scale it. The free audit gives you the answer for your own account before any retainer exists.

No, because auctions, competitors, seasonality and demand sit outside anyone's control. What we commit to contractually is the work: tracking verified, waste cut, structures rebuilt, creative tested weekly, budget rebalanced monthly and everything reported against revenue. Judge us on whether the numbers move and whether the report shows its working.

A named specialist per platform under one strategist: Google Ads and Meta Ads as separate disciplines, plus remarketing. Around them: verified server-side tracking, landing pages tested with our CRO team, weekly creative tests, monthly rebalancing and a weekly review in Prism. Google and Meta bill media spend to you directly, and the ad accounts stay yours.

It depends on where your demand already lives, and the audit answers it with data. If people already search for what you sell, search captures that intent and usually earns its keep first. If you're building demand for something new or visual, Meta's creative-led prospecting creates intent search can't, and many accounts end up needing both.

Yes, and it matters more than most ad settings. Sending well-targeted traffic to a slow or unconvincing page is the most expensive mistake in paid media, and the ad platform's reporting never shows it. Our CRO team builds and tests the pages, so the ad's promise and the page stay matched.

Yes: your reporting templates, your client calls, our specialists, NDA-backed. Client ad accounts stay in the client's name throughout. We don't approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business, through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends, and it's written into the agreement. We have served 500+ agencies.

Ask whose name the ad accounts are in, and whether tracking is verified before any budget scales. Ask whether media spend is billed to you directly or passed through the fee. Ask how often search terms are reviewed and budget rebalanced. Our answers: your name, always; tracking first; Google and Meta bill you directly; weekly hygiene and a monthly rebalance.
