Al Majed for Oud: a fragrance house's whole catalogue, online in two languages.
A Saudi fragrance house's store rebuilt with zero data loss, then eCommerce SEO and paid media run on one roadmap. Revenue up 340% in seven months.
eCommerce PPC management for online stores: Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta catalogue ads and Amazon, run from one clean product feed. Spend goes to the products with margin and stock behind them, and every channel is judged on the orders it brings, not the clicks.

PixelCrayons is an eCommerce PPC agency running Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta catalogue ads and Amazon ads from one product feed. Feed titles, attributes and labels get fixed before bids do, budgets are set by margin and stock, and tracking is checked against real orders before spend grows. We work direct for brands and white-label for agencies.
Outcomes tied to real engagements, not averages.
Shopping and Performance Max ads are built from your product feed, so a vague title or a missing size loses the auction before any bid matters. We rewrite titles from real attributes, fill the fields Google and Meta use to match searches, clear Merchant Center disapprovals, and keep the feed in step with your store.
Revenue alone is the wrong target when one product earns far more per order than another. Products are grouped with custom labels for margin, bestsellers, new arrivals and clearance, and each group gets its own target. Stock levels are watched, so spend stops on a product the moment it can't ship.
Performance Max (PMax) finds buyers across Google's channels but hides much of what it spends on. Standard Shopping gives control where you need it, such as protecting brand searches or pushing a hero range. We run the two together on purpose and hold PMax to a Shopping benchmark you can see.
Meta's catalogue ads show people the exact products they viewed, and similar ones to new audiences. They run from the same feed and the same margin groups as Google, with fresh creative tested every week so the ads don't go stale for repeat viewers.
If you sell on Amazon too, Sponsored Ads are planned alongside your own store, so the two don't bid against each other for the same shopper. Channel choice follows where each product earns more after fees. The platform detail lives on our Amazon Ads service.
Before spend grows, conversion tracking is compared with the orders in your store, consent handling is set up, and server-side tagging is added where browsers block data. Reports show every channel against the same orders, with new and returning customers split, so budget moves on evidence.
We sign an NDA and talk through your store, product feed, margins and the channels you sell on.
We audit your feed, Merchant Center, campaigns and tracking, and confirm the date your proposal arrives. It lists the feed fix list and campaign plan, each priced.
You confirm the scope, the payment and the access we need. Nothing starts before this.
Products grouped by margin and stock with you, feed fixes shipped, campaigns rebuilt around the margin groups and tracking verified against orders.
Feed, search terms and creative reviewed weekly, budgets rebalanced monthly, and seasonal peaks planned ahead, with a weekly review you can read.
Prism is the client workspace where your requests, approvals, tasks and weekly reviews live.
Where the engagement includes it, marketing runs in a Prism workspace you log into: requests, approvals, tasks and the weekly review, with the cost of each channel beside the leads it produced.
One queue, one owner, one due date.
Each decision recorded, with the expectation attached.
Fully loaded. Unmeasured spend shows as unknown, never zero.

Full termsBefore work starts we agree how often you get updates, what the reports cover and who sends them. You know who coordinates your engagement, who owns the work and how to escalate an issue. For hourly and retainer work, time is recorded in Workstatus, so you can see the time records behind your invoice.
Your materials, data and accounts remain yours, and we prefer to work in advertising and analytics accounts you own, with access delegated to our team. Agreed ownership rights in bespoke deliverables transfer under the engagement terms and applicable payment; third-party software and assets keep their licences. We do not withhold customer-owned data or accounts over a payment dispute.
Cancellation, notice and any renewal terms are written into your proposal or statement of work before you accept it. If an engagement ends early, we hand over completed, paid-for work and list any unfinished work separately. For an eligible specialist trial, you can stop within the trial window and pay nothing for eligible trial hours.
No. Search engines decide rankings, and we do not guarantee rankings, AI-search citations, leads or revenue. We agree the work, how progress will be measured and how often we report it, and we explain what the measures show and what we will change next.
How we handle claims, credentials and your data: group credentials, dated ratings, how case figures are signed off, client permissions and data handling.
Shopping, Performance Max, Meta and Amazon all run from the same product feed and the same margin groups. What changes is the job each one does, and the test we hold it to.
| Channel | The job we give it | How we hold it to account |
|---|---|---|
| The product feed | Decide which searches every channel can appear for | Titles rewritten from real attributes and Merchant Center disapprovals cleared before any bid changes. |
| Performance Max | Reach across Google's channels: Search, Shopping, YouTube and Display | Held to a Standard Shopping benchmark you can see, so it cannot quietly take credit for sales you would have made anyway. |
| Standard Shopping | Control of specific products and search terms, such as protecting brand searches or pushing a hero range | It is the benchmark, with the feed and search terms reviewed weekly. |
| Meta catalogue ads | Show browsers the products they viewed, and similar ones to new audiences | Same feed and margin groups as Google, with fresh creative tested weekly so repeat viewers do not see stale ads. |
| Amazon Sponsored Ads | Sell on the marketplace without bidding against your own store | Channel choice follows where each product earns more after fees. |
Every channel is reported against the same orders, with new and returning customers split.
eCommerce PPC is pay-per-click advertising built around products rather than keywords: Google Shopping and Performance Max, Meta catalogue ads, and marketplace ads such as Amazon Sponsored Products. The product feed decides which searches you can appear for, so feed quality, margin and stock matter as much as bids. An eCommerce PPC agency manages all three together.
Usually both, each with a job. Performance Max reaches buyers across Google's channels with little control and limited reporting, while Standard Shopping keeps control of specific products and search terms. We run PMax for reach and keep Shopping as the benchmark, so you can see whether PMax finds new buyers or takes credit for sales you'd have made anyway.
Return on ad spend (ROAS) counts revenue, not profit. A product with a thin margin can hit its ROAS target and still lose money on every order. Grouping products by margin lets each group carry a target that makes sense for what it earns. Where you share cost data, we can bid on profit rather than revenue.
We manage it as part of the work, because the feed is the campaign. That covers titles, descriptions, attributes, custom labels and Merchant Center disapprovals. The feed stays in your Merchant Center account and connected to your store, whether that is Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or another platform, and nothing is locked to us.
No. Auction prices, competitors, seasonality and stock sit outside anyone's control, so a ROAS promise before seeing your account is selling, not forecasting. We commit to the work: the feed fixed, budgets set by margin and stock, tracking checked against real orders and a weekly review you can read. Our fee and your ad spend are billed separately.
Yes, under your reporting templates and client calls, with client ad accounts and feeds in the client's name. It's NDA-backed. We don't approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business, through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends, and it's written into the agreement.
Priced as a monthly management fee with media spend always billed to you by the platform, plus a standalone audit and per-set ad creative for buyers who run their own accounts.
