What we do

Posts follow a written plan across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube. Every reply is checked for brand safety. Paid social sits with our PPC team. We work direct for brands and white-label for agencies.

What our social media
management covers.

01

A written plan, with a calendar built from it

Unpaid social starts with a written plan, not an empty content calendar. A calendar with no plan behind it gets you posts, not sales leads. The plan names who each channel reaches and which formats they respond to. It also names the business goal each channel should move. We build the calendar from the plan and check it monthly against what worked. It is never filled in at the last minute.

Monthly
02

Posts made for each platform

Each platform rewards a different kind of post. One post cropped five ways looks exactly like that on all five. So we make posts for each platform: short videos paced for TikTok, longer posts for LinkedIn, replies that suit X. YouTube comments, community posts and channel upkeep are in the same monthly fee, not with another supplier.

Per platform
03

Replies to comments and messages within a set time

We answer comments and DMs within a stated response time, not whenever someone gets to them. Anything only you can decide goes to your team. Every reply is checked for brand safety before it goes out. You can see what's waiting for a reply yourself. It's never buried in an inbox you can't see.

Daily
04

Tracking what people say, and reports tied to results

Social listening tracks what people say about your brand and your market. Our reports tie each account to sales leads, repeat customers or whatever goal the plan set. Likes, follows or reach alone don't count. A post with no comments that sent good visitors to a landing page is a win. A widely shared post that sent nobody anywhere is not. You get a report every week, and a monthly call looks at the month as a whole.

Weekly
05

Paid social, passed cleanly to our PPC team

Where paid social makes sense, our PPC team plans and runs it on Meta Ads and your wider paid ads plan. We tell them what your unpaid posts have taught us about your audience and what catches their eye. The two never pay twice for the same thing or give mixed messages.

Coordinated
06

Videos and product photos, with creators when you need them

We make short-form videos from your footage, with our script, direction from afar and edit. When you have no one to put on camera, we brief and book a creator through our partner panels. When a launch needs a product shoot, we book a partner studio and direct the day. Both are priced per piece on the pricing page. The price of a creator video includes the creator's fee. On a monthly plan, creator fees are quoted separately.

Brief and access

We sign an NDA and review every channel you use: what you post, what gets a reply and what's been reported so far.

Audit and itemised proposal

We confirm the date your proposal arrives. It sets a goal for each platform, the formats that reach it and a first month's calendar, itemised and priced.

Inside Prism

Your engagement, week to week,
in one workspace.

Prism is the client workspace where your requests, approvals, tasks and weekly reviews live.

Where the engagement includes it, marketing runs in a Prism workspace you log into: requests, approvals, tasks and the weekly review, with the cost of each channel beside the leads it produced.

What you receive in month one

Social is reported as a calendar and a log, both of which you can verify against the live accounts. In the first month you receive the channel plan naming what each platform is for, the content calendar with formats and owners, and the production log listing every piece, its status and its usage rights. The weekly review in Prism keeps reach, engagement and enquiries in separate columns.

  • 01Channel plan: the job each platform has, and the ones we advise leaving alone
  • 02Content calendar: formats, owners, shoot dates, publish dates
  • 03Production log: each piece, its status, and its usage rights
  • 04Weekly review in Prism: reach, engagement and enquiries, kept as separate columns
  • 05Community note: comments and messages answered, and the ones escalated to you

Around the channel

How social works
with your other channels.

Social works with your other marketing. Content marketing writes the articles a calendar needs; paid budget runs through our Meta Ads team, using what your unpaid posts have taught us. YouTube has its own page: YouTube marketing covers full channel strategy, growth and YouTube Ads, and YouTube SEO covers how its videos are found in search. Agencies: start at the white-label social media page.

Reading the report

What counts as a win,
account by account.

We agree the goal for each channel before the first post goes out. Likes, follows and reach still appear in the report, but never as the headline.

SituationWhat we countWhat we do
A B2B accountSales leads: good visitors to demo and landing pagesThe written plan names the goal for each platform, and the calendar is built from it.
A commerce brandTraffic that drives revenuePosts are judged on the visitors they send to pages built to sell.

Our PPC team runs paid social, using what the unpaid side has learned. So this report covers the unpaid side.

Questions

Frequently
asked.

Not on this page. Our PPC team runs paid social, and we split it on purpose. Our unpaid and paid specialists work from the same brief. The unpaid team tells the paid team which audiences and posts get attention. If you need Meta Ads or wider PPC work, see our PPC & paid media practice.

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X, each managed in its own way. YouTube comments, community posts and channel upkeep are in the same monthly fee. We don't push every brand onto every platform. The plan decides which channels your audience uses. A platform without a real audience for you gets dropped.

Against the business goal the channel should move, agreed before the first post. For B2B, that's sales leads. For online shops, it's visitors who buy. For a community, it's keeping customers or cutting support questions. Likes, follows and reach are reported, but never as the headline. A quiet post that sent five good leads to a demo page beats a widely shared one that sent nobody.

No, and be wary of anyone who does. What gets attention depends on platform algorithms, competitors, the news and your audience's mood. No agency controls those. In the contract, we commit to the work: a plan delivered and a calendar kept. Comments are answered within a stated time, and reports are tied to the agreed goal.

It depends on the number of platforms, how often you post and how much of the community work is ours. Every proposal lists what you get each month: the plan, posts per platform, hours of community cover, listening and reports. Once we have a complete brief, we confirm when your proposal arrives. The first channel audit is free.

Both, and you can buy the content on its own. We script and direct UGC-style video (video that looks made by customers) from your footage. Or we book a creator through partner panels, with their fee in the per-video price. On a monthly plan, creator fees, photos and stock licences are quoted separately. Product shoots run through partner studios we brief and direct.

Yes. We deliver social media under partner agencies' brands, with client channels and data kept in the client's name. It's backed by an NDA. And we don't approach the clients you introduce for direct business, through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends. That's written into the agreement.

Three things. Which platforms you keep, based on where your audience is. What you post, made for each platform. And how the channel is judged: by sales leads or repeat customers, not reach. Replies to your community also move to a stated response time, with a brand-safety check.

The range
