PixelCrayons delivers email and lifecycle marketing under partner agencies' brands: flows, campaigns, segmentation and deliverability on Klaviyo and comparable platforms. Your agency owns the client relationship and the retail price; we deliver behind your logo at wholesale rates, with reporting in your templates and revenue attribution your client call can lean on. NDA at signature, zero-competition in the contract, 12-month post-engagement blackout. 100+ agency partners keep us on their bench, and email and lifecycle work is one of the disciplines they resell.

What your agency resells

The lifecycle machine,
sold as yours.

01

Lifecycle flows, built to run

Welcome, abandoned-checkout, browse follow-up, post-purchase and win-back sequences: designed, written and built on Klaviyo or the platform your client already runs. Flows are the compounding asset of email; your agency sells the strategy, we build the machine behind your logo.

First 30 days
02

Campaigns on your client's calendar

Promotions, launches and seasonal sends written and built against the segments, not blasted to the whole list. You approve everything in your own review flow before it ships, and your client approves it as your work.

Per calendar
03

Deliverability your reputation can stand on

Authentication records, domain warming, sunset policies and list hygiene: the unglamorous work that decides whether anything lands in an inbox. When your name is on the send, the sender reputation underneath it has to be defensible; that's precisely the part clients never see and we never skip.

Monthly
04

Reporting your client call can lean on

Revenue-attributed reporting from the weekly review in Prism, in your templates with your logo, written so you can forward it unedited or present it live. Flows and campaigns broken out separately, because that's the story that renews retainers.

Weekly
05

Migrations without the horror story

Platform moves (into Klaviyo, most commonly) planned and executed without losing history, segments or deliverability standing. Sold by your agency as the careful version; delivered behind your brand with an inventory before anything moves.

The build-or-buy decision

Four ways to add email,
side by side.

Reliability, brand safety, scalability, governance and the costs that don't show up in the quote: the five things that actually decide it when your name is on the send.

Intro call

Thirty minutes on your clients, your margins and where email fits your offer. No pitch deck, and no obligation to bring an email project first.

02
This week

NDA + rate card on file

The capability pack and wholesale email rate card arrive; we sign your NDA. From here you quote email work in any pitch, months before there's a client. Partner rates are published on agencies.pixelcrayons.com if you want the number first.

03
When a client signs

First branded deliverable

The account audit lands in your templates within days; the first flow ships inside 14 days of the engagement starting. Proposals against the rate card arrive within 48 hours.

04
As you grow

The lifecycle pod scales

One client becomes a portfolio; overflow becomes a retainer. The same email pod stays on your client accounts, learning each list and brand, and the average partnership runs past two years.

How we report it, in Prism

The programme map,
before the first send.

What you receive in month one

Email is reported against a programme you approve before anything sends. In the first month you receive the flow map with every automated sequence drawn out, the list health report covering deliverability and sender reputation, and the send calendar with owners and review dates. The weekly review in Prism attributes revenue by flow and by campaign, so the number is never a blended total.

  • 01Flow map: every automated sequence, its trigger, and its exit condition
  • 02List health report: deliverability, bounces, sender reputation, consent status
  • 03Send calendar: campaigns, owners, review and send dates
  • 04Weekly review in Prism: revenue by flow and by campaign, opens and clicks as secondary
  • 05Template checklist: rendering, links, unsubscribe and legal footer verified

Where this fits

The partnership, the discipline, the lane.

The wholesale band for email is on the pricing page, agency view on: quote against it before a client asks. The partnership itself lives on the agency hub; email as brands buy it direct has its own page.

Questions

Frequently
asked.

For bench partners, fast: the NDA is signed and the rate card is on file before there's a project, so when your client says yes, a proposal lands within 48 hours and the first branded deliverable inside 14 days. The first fortnight typically prioritises the account audit and deliverability review: the foundation your reputation will sit on.

Two layers, one of which happens once. Partner onboarding: intro call, your NDA signed, rate card and capability pack on file, a named contact assigned. Per-client onboarding when a brief lands: you introduce the account in your own words, we connect to the email platform inside your client's accounts, audit what's running, and agree the flow map before anything is built, presented in your templates for your client's approval.

Weekly in your templates with your logo, attributed to revenue rather than opens: flows and campaigns broken out separately so the compounding asset is visible. A monthly deep-dive rolls it up into the narrative your client call needs. We join those calls as your team when you want us there, and stay invisible when you don't.

Klaviyo is where our deepest experience sits (flows, segments, predictive fields and integrations) and we work in comparable platforms where your client already lives, Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign most commonly. If the right answer for a client is a platform migration, we plan and execute it without losing history or deliverability standing, and if their current platform is fine, we say that instead of selling the move.

Your client's, always. The email platform, the sending domains and every flow we build belong to the client from day one, with your agency as the administrator. If either of us ever exits the picture, nothing is held hostage: the machine keeps running and a proper handover documents how it works. Flows, templates and lists stay yours if you leave, which is what makes staying meaningful.

Yes, and it often produces the best result. Some partners keep voice in-house and buy the build: their copy, our flows, segmentation and deliverability. Others hand us the whole discipline. The split is agreed per client in the scope, and our deliverables are structured so your team can edit them without asking us how.

That's your call, not ours. Some partners describe us as their delivery team; others say nothing about who's behind a send. Either works, because the sender name, the footer and the flows all read as yours. What's contractual from our side is fixed: we never contact your client, never accept work from them directly, and the disclosure duty runs the other way. If your client ever approaches us, we tell you and decline.

The wholesale email rate card is agreed once, in writing, and every engagement is quoted against it. Quoting a flow build or a campaign never means renegotiating per brief. You set the retail price and keep the margin; we never see your client invoices, and nothing in a flow or report reveals what you pay us. Proposals are itemised by deliverable (flows, campaigns, audits, migrations), so a deliverability fix shows up as its own line rather than getting folded into the send fee, and there are no platform-fee markups hiding in the middle. See the partner rates on agencies.pixelcrayons.com.
