Multi-location healthcare: delivery unblocked.
An agency drowning in backlog handed us their delivery queue. Dedicated team, their brand, their tools: velocity up 85%.
Hire a dedicated team of senior engineers, marketers or designers, each one named. They work in your tools, on your schedule and to your priorities, for one clear monthly rate. You meet every member before signing, and the project manager is part of the team.
Meet the team before you commit ยท NDA standard

Try before you commit
Work together on a real brief for up to 14 days, then decide whether to scale.
Brands our teams have delivered for
A dedicated team at PixelCrayons is a named group of senior specialists who work as part of your team. They use your tools. You meet each person before you commit, and a project manager is included. One monthly rate covers it, and you scale with written notice. We work direct for brands and white-label for agencies.
Real projects for real clients, with results we can show.
You see exactly who is on your team: their role, seniority and specialism. You interview each of them before anything is signed. The same people stay on your account, so what they learn about your business builds up. Nobody is swapped out without your sign-off.
Every team comes with a project manager (PM). They run the weekly routine, keep the task list current and act as your main contact. That's part of the team's rate. There is no management fee added after you've agreed a number.
The team joins your Slack or Teams, your task tracker, your stand-ups and your reviews. If you'd rather hand the process over, the PM runs it in whatever tools you prefer. Either way, nothing about how you work has to change.
Teams are priced per month, the third of the three ways to work with us on our pricing page. There's no single menu price, because no two teams match. Each role page shows a guide monthly range in your currency. The itemised proposal turns it into a real number, agreed in writing before the team starts.
Add a role when your plans grow, and release one when they don't. Both carry a notice period agreed upfront in the contract. We say that plainly, because "scale down anytime" with no notice is a promise nobody running senior teams can keep.
Everything the team produces is assigned to you: code, designs, documents, credentials, accounts. The NDA is signed before we see anything sensitive. Agency partners get the same client-protection terms as everyone else. We do not approach the clients they introduce to us for direct business, and those terms are agreed before work begins.
We sign an NDA and talk through what the team needs to do, rather than how many people you want.
We confirm when your proposal arrives: the roles, the seniority and an itemised monthly rate. You interview every proposed member and can ask for a swap.
You confirm the scope, the payment and the access we need. Nothing starts before this.
The team joins your tools and weekly routine. For eligible roles, the first sprint runs as the trial: end inside it and eligible trial hours aren't billed.
You get a weekly review in Prism tied to results. Roles scale up or down under the notice rules you agreed.
Prism is the client workspace where your requests, approvals, tasks and weekly reviews live.
Where the engagement includes it, the specialist you hire works inside your Prism workspace: their tasks, their routines and the weekly review live where you can see them.
Interview the person first ยท Scale monthly ยท Their work lives in your workspace
Every task the specialist takes on has their name and a date on it, in your workspace, not in a report about it.
Raise a request in your workspace, approve a piece of work, and see who owns it and when it is due.
Each decision is written down with the expectation attached: what we expect to change, and by when.
What we did and what happened sit side by side, so the next review starts from evidence rather than memory.
Teams come from the same senior people who deliver every service here. Pick one skill area, or mix them.
A dedicated team can work for your brand directly, or under an agency's brand for that agency's clients. If everything must go out under your brand, choose white-label. If you're still comparing, see how we work.
Each role below has its own page with skills, hiring steps, a comparison and a guide monthly rate. Not sure which one fits? Tell us the work and we'll put the team together.

All engagements. Roles may be combined and vary with your engagement.
Each one says where it applies and links to its full terms.
For eligible managed specialists. Up to 14 calendar days or 80 logged working hours, whichever comes first. End within the trial and pay nothing for eligible trial hours. Continue beyond it and those hours are billed at the agreed rate. Unpaid trial work remains ours if you stop.
Eligible managed-specialist roles only, one trial per customer. Not offered for AI, chatbot, prompt, automation, API-integration or QA work. Brand and graphic designers, brand strategists, video editors, content writers, copywriters and content marketers start with a paid pilot.
Full termsAt least four hours a day inside your core working hours. Two hours plus a daily written handover for the US West Coast.
Managed specialists only; not a staffing promise for project teams.
Full termsYour materials remain yours. Bespoke deliverable rights, licences and handover are agreed before work starts.

Full termsA freelancer can be the right choice for a single, well-defined task. We are set up for work that needs an accountable team: a named coordinator, delivery reviewed by QA and a senior lead before release, and continuity arrangements written into the engagement. Confidentiality, ownership and escalation terms are agreed in writing before work starts.
Your engineers work at least four hours a day inside your core working hours. We set the window with you before the engagement starts and hold it for as long as the engagement runs. For the US West Coast the live overlap is two hours each morning, with a written handover at the end of every Indian day. We do not run night shifts: engineers who work nights leave quickly, and keeping the same people on your team matters more to us than a longer overlap.
For eligible managed specialists, yes: up to 14 calendar days or 80 logged working hours, whichever comes first. Stop within it and eligible trial hours are free; continue and they're billed at the agreed rate. Unpaid trial work stays ours. Project work and other roles get a paid pilot with scope, acceptance criteria, duration and fee agreed first.
Cancellation, notice and any renewal terms are written into your proposal or statement of work before you accept it. If an engagement ends early, we hand over completed, paid-for work and list any unfinished work separately. For an eligible specialist trial, you can stop within the trial window and pay nothing for eligible trial hours.
How we handle claims, credentials and your data: group credentials, dated ratings, how case figures are signed off, client permissions and data handling.
The first call is about what the work needs, not how many people to order. This table shows how the work decides the right option, including when a dedicated team is not the answer.
| The work | What fits | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One well-defined task | A freelancer | That is the right choice for a single task. A dedicated team is for work that runs for months. |
| One specialist missing from a team that otherwise works | That role on its own | Each role page shows the skills, the hiring steps and a guide monthly rate. |
| Several skills working towards one goal for months | A dedicated team | The members already work together. A project manager runs the weekly routine, and QA checks the work before it reaches you. |
| A product owner already runs your task list | A team inside your process | It joins your tools and stand-ups, and you never have to chase individual people. |
| You want to judge fit before committing | Interviews, then the 14-day trial for eligible roles | You meet every member before signing and can ask for swaps. Then you see a full sprint on real work. |
Scaling up or down later carries notice periods, agreed in writing before you start.
Mostly speed and flexibility. Recruiting a senior team takes months. Eligible work can typically start two to three business days after scope, payment and required access are confirmed. Roles change with your plans under agreed notice, without redundancy processes. The rate is itemised per role, so you can compare it with salaries yourself.
A dedicated team isn't a group of individuals you coordinate yourself. The members already work together, and a project manager runs the weekly routine. Work is checked by QA before it reaches you, under one contract and one invoice. Freelancers suit a single clear task. A dedicated team suits work that needs several skills for months.
The term is agreed per proposal, and teams run month to month after it. It isn't a "cancel anytime" product. Scaling down and ending both carry notice periods, agreed in writing before you start. You'll see the exact term and notice in the proposal before you sign.
The team's project manager runs the work day to day: stand-ups, the task list, blockers and the weekly review in Prism. You set direction and priorities. If your own product owner or producer runs the task list, the team fits into your process instead. Either way, you never chase individual people. That's what the PM is for.
For eligible managed specialists. Up to 14 calendar days or 80 logged working hours, whichever comes first. End within the trial and pay nothing for eligible trial hours. Continue beyond it and those hours are billed at the agreed rate. Unpaid trial work remains ours if you stop.
Yes, it's a standard step in the process. Once the team is proposed, you meet every member on a video call before anything is signed. You can ask us to swap anyone who doesn't fit. The 14-day trial then lets you judge the team on real work before you settle in.
We tell you straight away and propose a replacement for you to interview. Where notice allows, the two overlap for the handover. What we know about your account is written down from day one, so it never lives in one head. Keeping your work running smoothly is the whole point.
Yes, we're headquartered in Noida, India. When you hire Indian developers through a dedicated team, they work remotely in your tools, stand-ups and reviews. You know who coordinates and how to escalate. To hire a software developer in India for one role, use its page in the directory above. You meet every person before anything is signed.
On a marketplace you coordinate individuals yourself. A dedicated team is named, and you interview every member on video before anything is signed. A project manager is included. Scale rules, notice periods and IP terms are agreed in writing. For eligible roles, the trial lets you judge the team on real work.
Tell us what the team needs to do. We'll propose the roles, the mix of seniority and an itemised monthly rate. You meet every person before you sign.
