PPC management that
pays for itself.

Most ad accounts waste money on junk searches and on ads for people who would have bought anyway. Our PPC management fixes your tracking first. Then we run Google Ads, Meta Ads and remarketing. We test new ads every week and move budget each month to what earns.

What your management fee
actually buys.

01

Tracking before spend

We set up tracking and check it against real orders before any budget goes up. It runs on your server and respects what each visitor agreed to. Tuning ads on broken sales data wastes money, so if your tracking can't be trusted, fixing it is the first job we do.

First, always
02

Google Ads, run to profit

We set up Search, Shopping and Performance Max so spend goes where your profit is. Performance Max is Google's automated campaign type, and it reports only in totals. Each week we clean your search terms and block bad ones. Google Ads has its own page.

Weekly hygiene
03

Meta Ads & remarketing

We find new buyers and win back past visitors on Facebook and Instagram. We test new ads every week, give winners more budget and switch losers off. We limit how often each person sees an ad, so remarketing persuades rather than annoys. Meta Ads has its own page.

Weekly tests
04

Landing pages & the CRO tie-in

The click is half the job. Our conversion team builds and tests your landing pages and matches each one to its ad. What we learn from page tests goes straight back into the ads.

Per campaign
05

The monthly rebalance

Every month, the numbers decide. We cut wasted spend and give more to campaigns that earn. Tests get a real budget and a fixed end date. Each week we report against revenue in words your finance team can check.

Inside Prism

Your engagement, week to week,
in one workspace.

Prism is the client workspace where your requests, approvals, tasks and weekly reviews live.

Some engagements include Prism, our client workspace, and your proposal says whether yours does. Where it does, marketing runs in a workspace you log into: requests, approvals, tasks and the weekly review, with the cost of each channel beside the leads it produced.

Store, search and paid media

Al Majed for Oud: a fragrance house's whole catalogue, online in two languages.

First the store moved to a new platform, with zero data loss. Then paid ads and search ran on one plan instead of two competing budgets. Ads covered the searches the site didn't rank for yet, and pulled back where it did. Search data was shared both ways. Revenue up 340% across the seven-month engagement, with every shift in spend backed by the numbers. Paid ads were one of three parts of the work; the full case says which did what.

What we do around the ads

Paid ads work best
with your other channels.

Paid media works best when it is planned alongside SEO, so ads cover the searches you don't rank for yet. Each platform has its own page: Google Ads, Meta Ads and Amazon Ads. Online stores get their own plan across all of them: eCommerce PPC. Start with the one where your buyers already are.

Where to start

Google, Meta or both:
where the first budget goes.

It depends on where your demand already lives, and the free campaign review answers that with data rather than preference. Many accounts end up needing both platforms, but budgets should earn that expansion, not assume it.

Questions

Frequently
asked.

There's no single right number. Any agency that quotes one before seeing your account is guessing. Your margins, sales cycle and market decide a sensible budget. Broken tracking makes every budget wrong. We'd rather shrink a wasteful budget in month one than grow it. The free audit gives you the answer for your own account before you sign anything.

No, because ad auctions, competitors, seasons and demand are outside anyone's control. Our contract commits us to the work. We check tracking, cut waste and rebuild accounts. We test new ads weekly, move budget monthly and report everything against revenue. Judge us on whether the numbers move and whether the report shows its working.

A named specialist for each platform, led by one strategist. Google Ads and Meta Ads are run separately, and remarketing is included. You also get checked server-side tracking and landing pages tested with our conversion team. New ads are tested weekly, budget moves monthly and you get a weekly report. Prism, our client workspace, comes with some engagements; your proposal says whether yours has it. Where it does, the weekly review is there. Google and Meta bill media spend to you directly, and the ad accounts stay yours.

It depends on where your buyers already are, and the audit answers it with data. If people already search for what you sell, search ads catch them and usually pay off first. If you sell something new or visual, Meta ads can create interest that search can't. Many accounts end up needing both.

Yes, and it matters more than most ad settings. Sending the right visitors to a slow or weak page is the costliest mistake in paid ads. The ad platform's reports never show it. Our conversion team builds and tests the pages, so each page keeps the promise its ad made.

Yes. You keep your report templates and client calls, our specialists do the work, and it all sits under an NDA. Client ad accounts stay in the client's name throughout. We don't approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business, through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends. It's written into the agreement. We have served 500+ agencies.

Ask whose name the ad accounts are in, and whether tracking is checked before budget goes up. Ask whether media spend is billed to you directly or added to the fee. Ask how often search terms are reviewed and budget moved. Our answers: your name, always; tracking first; Google and Meta bill you directly; weekly search-term checks and monthly budget moves.
