How a white-label partnership
runs, week to week.

The terms agencies ask about before they put their brand on our work: who approves, what is included, what happens when a client changes the brief, and how specialists, care and shared hours work.

Scope agreed before you pay · One approver · Client protection in writing

Five steps

From brief
to first delivery.

01
Start

Brief and shortlist

Send the service, the inputs you have and your target date, with any options from the partner price list. Ask for a mutual NDA first if you need to share anything confidential.

02
Once the brief is complete

Written proposal

We confirm the date your proposal arrives. It states deliverables, review rounds, acceptance criteria, inputs, schedule, fees, taxes and any outside costs.

03
Your decision

You approve the scope

Trade items in or out, then confirm the scope, the payment and the access we need. Nothing starts before this.

04
Typically 2 to 3 business days later

The work starts

Eligible work typically starts two to three business days after scope, payment and required access are confirmed.

05
On the date in your proposal

First delivery

The first deliverable arrives on the agreed date, for your approver to review against the acceptance criteria.

Working terms

The rules we work by,
before anyone asks.

01

Price and scope agreed before you pay

One written total: deliverables, inputs, dates, acceptance criteria and any required outside costs. A published price does not reserve a start date; the proposal confirms one.

Before work
02

One approver, reviews in writing

Consolidated feedback from one agency approver. Your proposal states the review rounds and acceptance criteria. Correcting work that misses the agreed scope is included; a new direction is a scope change, priced before it starts.

Every delivery
03

No double charging

A standard form or native CRM connection is part of a website build and is never sold again. Work a package includes is never deducted from shared hours.

Always
04

Access and client data

We agree the people, tools and access needed before you share credentials or data, and prefer accounts your agency or client owns. Tell us before quoting if your client restricts subcontractors, AI tools or data location.

Before access
05

Delivery team and hours

Our delivery team is based in India. Communication hours, meeting rhythm and an escalation contact are agreed before work starts. Weekend, holiday or emergency cover is agreed in writing, never implied by a price.

Before work
06

Corrections and handover

Development and AI implementation work includes 30 days of corrective maintenance after production launch. The proposal lists the files, access and notes we hand over; exit returns access and lists any unfinished work.

After launch
07

Changes and pauses

Tell your account manager as soon as a client delays feedback or changes the brief. We record the effect on dates and agree a revised schedule; any extra cost needs your approval before it is incurred.

When it happens
By way of buying

Packages, specialists,
care and shared hours.

01

Monthly packages

No setup surcharge and no multi-month minimum on the published monthly packages. Cancellation, notice and any renewal terms are written into your proposal or statement of work before you accept it, and a deliverable we owe does not expire at month end. Larger programmes on the rate card state their own term in the proposal.

Monthly
02

Dedicated specialists

Review the profile and meet the specialist before you pay. The first month stands alone with no automatic renewal; continuing uses 30 days' written notice and prorated final billing. Hours you choose not to use do not roll over.

160 hours a month
03

Shared team hours

A pool across agreed services and client accounts. Recurring work is allocated first. Up to half of unused hours carries into the next active month, oldest first; extra hours always need your approval.

Monthly pool
04

Website care

Daily backups kept for 30 days, monitoring, monthly updates and defined restores for healthy WordPress brochure sites. A person acknowledges each request within one India business day; resolution depends on the issue.

Monthly
05

Pilots and fixed projects

One defined deliverable with a fixed fee and acceptance criteria. A project or pilot never turns into a subscription; continuing is a separate decision.

Our commitments

Each one says where it applies and links to its full terms.

Client protection in writing

We deliver under your agency's brand and respect your client relationships. We do not approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business. Confidentiality and client-protection terms are agreed before work begins.

Agency engagements. Protection runs through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends.

Full terms

30-Day Corrective Maintenance

Applicable development work includes 30 days of corrective maintenance after production launch.

Development engagements, including partner (agency) development engagements and AI implementations; not marketing services or retainers.

Clear IP & Ownership Terms

Your materials remain yours. Bespoke deliverable rights, licences and handover are agreed before work starts.

All engagements.

Clear Delivery & Escalation Ownership

All engagements. Roles may be combined and vary with your engagement.

How we handle claims, credentials and your data: group credentials, dated ratings, how case figures are signed off, client permissions and data handling.

Questions

Frequently
asked.

No. Ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers under the engagement terms and applicable payment, and no support plan is needed. Ongoing maintenance or later updates are separate unless your package includes them.

New direction, added functionality or extra deliverables beyond the proposal. Correcting our work where it misses the agreed scope is not a change and costs nothing. Every change is priced in writing and approved before it starts.

Only with your authorisation. Direct operational contact with an end client happens when your agency allows it, recorded in the communication plan. We never use that contact to sell to your client directly.

Development work, including partner development engagements and AI implementations, from production launch. Marketing services and retainers are not covered, because they run on their own monthly reporting and optimisation. Defects reported inside the 30 days stay in the correction process until resolved.

Ready when
your client signs.

Send a brief with the options you need. We confirm scope, schedule and price in writing before you pay.
