White-label SEO for agencies
our delivery, your name.

Audits, technical fixes, content and links, delivered by our senior team, entirely under your agency's brand: your templates, your client calls, your margin. NDA-backed, and we do not approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business.

In one answer

White-label SEO means PixelCrayons runs the SEO programme while your agency owns the client. You resell audits, technical fixes, content and link earning at a price you set on top of our partner rate card. Deliverables arrive in your templates and calls happen under your brand. We do not approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business. That protection runs through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends, and it is written into the agreement.

What your agency
actually resells.

01

Audits: your pitch ammunition

The technical and content website review we sell direct, in your covers with your logo: every issue ranked by pages affected, with the fix owner named. You walk into the pitch holding a prioritised fix list for the prospect's own site. Partners open programmes this way, and the audit is priced on the rate card on its own.

Per pitch
02

Technical fixes, shipped

Crawl errors, indexation, redirects, Core Web Vitals and structured data, fixed at the root and written up in your ticketing system, not listed in a PDF and forgotten. Your producers forward finished work; they don't chase it.

Monthly
03

Content against a topical map

Briefs, pages and supporting content planned on a topical map agreed upfront, written in your client's tone and bylined however you choose. Every piece ships with its brief and target query, so your team can defend the strategy in the client's review without us in the room.

Per calendar
04

Links earned, not bought

Digital PR and editorial outreach that earns links publishers choose to give (no farms, no networks), nothing that puts your client's domain (or your agency's reputation) at risk. Each month's wins arrive as an update you can forward under your own name.

Ongoing
05

The AI-search layer

Schema and entity upkeep, answer-first formatting and crawler access checks so your clients stay visible where buyers now ask: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews. An upsell your agency can package and price before your competitors have a slide for it.

Included
06

Reporting in your template

A weekly review in Prism and a monthly deep-dive tying rankings to sessions to revenue, written up in your reporting templates and sent from your domain. Ready to present as your own, because contractually, it is.

A short call about your clients, your margins and the SEO briefs you're seeing. No project required: most partners set up months before they have one.

Rate card & NDA on file

You get the white-label SEO rate card and capability pack; a mutual NDA with client-protection terms goes on file. From here you quote SEO in pitches with your margin built in. Partner rates are published on agencies.pixelcrayons.com if you want the number first.

Audit, then programme

Once we have a complete brief, we confirm the date you will receive your priced proposal, typically opening with a white-label audit.

How we report it, in Prism

What you hold by the end of month one,
before any ranking moves.

What you receive in month one

Search proof arrives as documents, not adjectives. In the first month you receive the crawl audit with every issue ranked by pages affected, the keyword map tied to URLs you already own, and the measurement plan that names which organic sessions and which revenue line we report against. The weekly review in Prism is a fixed set of line items you can hand to your finance lead.

  • 01Crawl audit: issues ranked by pages affected, with the fix owner named
  • 02Keyword-to-URL map: every target term assigned to one page
  • 03Measurement plan: the analytics views and revenue line we report against
  • 04Weekly review in Prism: pages shipped, fixes deployed, organic sessions by page group
  • 05Go/no-go checklist for the first content release

Where this fits

One page of a bigger bench.

The wholesale band for SEO is on the pricing page, agency view on: quote against it before a client asks. The partnership itself lives on the agency hub; SEO as brands buy it direct has its own page.

Questions buyers ask before they commit

Will my clients find out that you did the work?

We deliver under your agency's brand and respect your client relationships. Confidentiality and client-protection terms are agreed before work begins, and we do not publish named case studies about your clients. We use your agency's own name, logo or testimonial only with your prior approval.

Will you go around us to my client?

We do not approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business. That protection runs through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends, and it is written into the agreement. If one of your clients contacts us directly, we tell you and resolve the enquiry through you.

How will we know what you are doing?

Before work starts we agree how often you get updates, what the reports cover and who sends them. You know who coordinates your engagement, who owns the work and how to escalate an issue. For hourly and retainer work, time is recorded in Workstatus, so you can see the time records behind your invoice.

What if we want to stop?

Cancellation, notice and any renewal terms are written into your proposal or statement of work before you accept it. If an engagement ends early, we hand over completed, paid-for work and list any unfinished work separately. For an eligible specialist trial, you can stop within the trial window and pay nothing for eligible trial hours.

How we handle claims, credentials and your data: group credentials, dated ratings, how case figures are signed off, client permissions and data handling.

Questions

Frequently
asked.

The wholesale SEO rate card is agreed once, in writing, and every engagement is quoted against it. You set your own client pricing on top. The margin is yours and so is the information: we never see your client invoices, and nothing we deliver reveals what you pay us. Once we have a complete brief, we confirm the date you will receive your priced proposal, itemised by deliverable so you can quote onward with confidence. See the partner rates on agencies.pixelcrayons.com.

You do. The client relationship is the thing this whole arrangement protects. Client calls happen under your brand with your team leading; our strategist joins as your people when you want technical weight in the room, introduced however you choose. Between calls, questions route through your team, not around it. We do not approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business. That protection runs through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends, and it is written into the agreement, not offered as a courtesy.

Yours, everywhere. Private label SEO means reports and dashboards are built in your templates, carry your logo, and go out from your domain; audits arrive in your covers; even internal artefacts like fix lists and content briefs are prepared so they can be forwarded as-is. Our name appears on precisely nothing your client sees. That is the product.

That's your call to make, and we'll never make it for you. Many partners describe us as their extended delivery team, which is exactly what the contract makes us; others name a specialist partner when asked directly. What we guarantee is our side of it: we never identify ourselves to your clients, never correct your framing, and the NDA binds us long after the engagement ends. The one thing we'd counsel against is claiming in-house capability you'd struggle to evidence in a technical grilling. Partners who position us as "our delivery team" never have that problem.

We tell you, and we resolve the enquiry through you. We do not approach the clients you introduce to us for direct business. That protection runs through the work and for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends, so there's no waiting-it-out loophole, and it is written into the agreement. Your relationships stay yours; ours is with you.

Yes, and it's the most common way partners start. A white-label audit in your covers is pitch ammunition: a prioritised, evidence-based fix list for a prospect's own site, which tends to win retainers better than any credentials slide. Some partners simply resell audits at their own price as a productised service; others use them to open programmes we then deliver monthly. No retainer is required for either, and the audit is priced on the rate card like everything else.
