The short answer

PixelCrayons prices work in three ways: fixed-quote projects, monthly retainers and dedicated teams. Every service has an indicative range. Every engagement starts with a short call. Then you get an itemised proposal: deliverables, team, timeline and price. The first audit or website review is free, with no retainer required. Partner agencies buy from the partner price list.

Three ways to work

Choose from
three ways to work with us.

Different problems need different ways to buy. All three are scoped, itemised and quoted the same way.

Direct prices for brands and companies buying for themselves.

01 · Fixed quote

Project

A defined build or campaign with a clear end. Examples are a Shopify store, a site redesign, a move to a new platform or a one-off audit. The scope and the quote are fixed, with milestone dates in the proposal. If you ask for a change, we quote it the same itemised way, so there are no surprise invoices. Most projects fall inside the range shown here. Larger builds, such as a custom website or an AI agent pilot, have their own rate-card rows below.

$625–$100Kfixed quote, one-time

Best for: a clear brief with a finish line

02 · Monthly programme

Retainer

Ongoing work where results build month by month: SEO, paid media, content and email marketing. You pay monthly against an itemised list of deliverables. So every invoice matches work you can point at: fixes made, pieces published and links earned, reported weekly.

$375–$10Kper month

Best for: growth work that runs every month

Request this option →
03 · Named team

Dedicated team

A named, senior team that works as part of yours, at a monthly rate. Most agency partners use it for white-label delivery, and brands use it instead of hiring. You meet the team before any brief, and they stay on your account.

$5,000–$25Kper month, per team

Best for: steady extra capacity that you direct

Not sure which way to work fits you?

Most engagements start with the free website review. It shows both of us what the work is before anyone talks about price. The estimator suggests a way to work in three questions. Agencies can go straight to the rate card.

Fixed packages

Fixed prices
for standard work.

Where the scope is the same every time, so is the price. Each package shows the direct list price in US dollars for the stated scope. We quote anything beyond it first.

Prices effective from 13 October 2026; signed scopes and accepted quotes keep their prices.

The rate card

What each service
actually costs.

Every service we sell, the ways you can buy it, and an indicative range for each. Each option is a one-off, a fixed-quote project, a monthly retainer or a price per unit. These are the three ways to work shown above, listed one line at a time. A sprint is a fixed scope at a fixed price, with an end date. A dedicated team has its own row under each discipline. Every range is our direct price, in rupees or dollars. Partner agencies buy from the partner price list. Open any row to see what the price includes and what changes it.

The maths

What changes
the price.

01

Scope: what we deliver

The number of deliverables, and how complex they are, set the base price. An itemised proposal keeps this visible: remove a line item and the price drops with it. No bundle pricing hides the maths.

Biggest factor
02

Seniority mix: who does the work

Senior people cost more per hour but less per result. Redoing work is the most expensive cost of all, and it never shows on an invoice. Entry rates buy an assessed specialist for well-defined work. Briefs that need senior people are quoted at senior rates. We tell you which level your brief needs and why. We won't quote the entry rate and hope you don't notice.

Quality factor
03

Speed: how fast you need it

A shorter timeline means more people working at the same time, and more time spent keeping them in step. A relaxed deadline is the cheapest discount there is. Tell us the real date and we'll price to it.

Timeline factor
04

How competitive your market is

For SEO and paid media, your market decides the effort. Beating a local competitor and beating a big marketplace are different jobs. We measure the gap in the audit, before the proposal, not after you've signed.

Marketing work
05

What you already have

Solid code, clean analytics and existing content cut the time spent on discovery and rework. We audit before we quote. So what you've already built counts in your favour, rather than being rebuilt by default.

Often forgotten
From call to price

Brief and a call

We sign an NDA, then spend twenty to thirty minutes on your goals, your limits and what you already have. You can use the contact form instead.

02

We confirm the date your proposal will arrive. It lists the deliverables line by line, who does the work, milestone dates and one price. It's yours to keep, whatever you decide.

Add or remove line items until the price fits. Then confirm the scope, the payment and the access we need. Nothing starts before this.

The first milestone is delivered as itemised. If the scope changes, we quote the change the same itemised way.

Questions

Frequently
asked.

Each one is an indicative range: a guide, not a menu price and not a quote. Every way to work and every rate-card row has one. Real scopes vary too much for one number to mean anything. A five-page brochure site and a full rebuild are both "a project", at very different points in the range. Your proposal narrows the range to your actual work, itemised.

We show rupees for Indian clients and dollars for international clients, so nobody has to convert in their head. The currency switch above the three ways to work starts with the currency for your location. It remembers your choice, and you can change it at any time. INR figures are shown excluding GST.

Three. Projects have a fixed scope and a fixed quote, for work with a clear finish line. Retainers are a monthly programme with itemised deliverables, for marketing work that builds month by month. Dedicated teams are named senior people at a monthly rate. Most white-label agency partners and growing brands choose this one.

None to start: the first audit or website review is free, with no retainer required. Projects are quoted for their fixed scope. For retainers and dedicated teams, we agree the commitment in each proposal, with no blanket lock-in. You'll see the term in writing before you sign anything.

Yes. Partner agencies buy from the partner price list. Packages are about 20% below the direct prices here, and dedicated specialists about 10% below. Hourly work is at the partner rate. You set your own margin. We don't approach clients you introduce for direct business, during the work or for twelve months after the last assignment for that client ends.

Yes, that's what a project is: a fixed scope, a fixed quote and milestone dates in the proposal. If the scope changes during the build, we quote the change the same itemised way. So you see the price move with the work, rather than getting a surprise invoice.

Yes. It happens often enough that we run a dedicated Fix & Rescue service. We audit what exists first (code, campaigns or both) and tell you honestly what can be saved. Then we quote the recovery, so you never pay twice for the same work without knowing why.

Partner agencies buy from the partner price list at /for-agencies/pricing and add their own margin. The agency owns the client relationship and the sale. We deliver under its brand, with confidentiality and client-protection terms agreed before work begins. We write the itemised proposal so you can pass it on under your own letterhead.

The rupee ranges are an India price list, not a currency conversion. Our team is based in India, so Indian clients pay Indian rates. They stay as published until a separate rupee card is approved. Hourly work in India is ₹3,500 an hour plus applicable taxes. GST is excluded because it depends on your registration.

Yes. One small change to a live website (text or images on one page, checked and handed over) starts at $200 (₹6,000 in India). Ad-hoc work outside a package is $35 (₹3,500 in India, plus applicable taxes) an hour, estimated and approved before we start. Anything larger gets an itemised quote. Rupee figures exclude GST.

It prices one defined deliverable, such as an article, a UGC video or a landing page. The card spells out what one unit means. It beats a retainer when you already run the strategy and need more hands to produce your own plan. A retainer is better when someone must set priorities, report and fix things every week.

Stop guessing what
it would cost.

One short call, then an itemised proposal in your inbox: deliverables, team, timeline and price. Once we have a complete brief, we confirm the date you will receive your proposal. Agencies: you buy from the partner price list, and the capability pack and NDA come with your first message.
