Key Challenges

  • The biggest priority was encouraging social interaction through the app. For the app to be successful, it had to build sustained interest and drive the event’s key messages both prior to and during the event.
  • The other challenge was to create a handy app for event organizers and attendees.
  • The client also wanted that the users must get updated with each and every happenings of the Event & reduce the communication gap between the two parties (Attendees, Exhibitors).

  • The Application not only reduced Communication gap between the participating parties of the Event but also helped Event Organizers in systematically managing Event happenings.
  • Event Organizers & visitors used Map functionality of this Application to know the exact location of Events, Sessions and Exhibitors.
